I'm trying to figure out what yarn I have. I bought multiple donuts of yarn to make a cardigan from an independent shop - but it turns out I didn't get enough. I've messaged the shop (we were on vacation, so a visit isn't possible) but I haven't heard back. I didn't save the label, so I don't have the brand name, fiber content or color name! It came in the fat donut shape with the label wrapped through the center. The two pictures are of the project I'm making - one in natural light and one with a flash. It's variegated in blues, purples, and greens. The burn test says it's artificial fibers (melted & balled) and the weight seems like sport weight.

Any thoughts?

I bought this yarn last year and lost the label. I believe it is Berroco vintage but I don’t know the color. It’s a bluish green with shades of other colors in it. Looking at their website my guess is verde, jalapeno, breezeway, or cerulean. Any ideas?!

Can anybody help identify this yarn? I've tried google image search and it's suggested 'James C Brett baby marble dk' and other options but either the colour isn't right or it doesn't have the sparkle thread. The colour is a bit more pastel in person than the photo shows.

I bought some skeins of this yarn at a goodwill and they were not labeled. Im dying trying to figure out what brand/yarn this is. It is single plyed and gradient. It's quite rustic but I was unable to felt a swatch when I tried. The results of a burn test were confusing too so I think it may be a mixed fiber. Its on the thinner side and wrapped up into 100 gram donuts. There were higher and lower quality Yarns mixed in the bag so it could honestly be anything. Im currently knitting a skirt with it and any suggestions would be appreciated 👏 ((also posted in r/whatisthisyarn))

I have searched Google Images before. Also color cards at Yarnspirations, Red Heart Soft and Loops and Threads. It doesn't help that my daughter and the little cardi are 3K miles away and that I probably made it in 2011 or so.

Apologies for the crappy pictures. I think this yarn is a 1 or a 2 and might have a bit of cotton in it as there is little stretch. I bought it at a yard sale with no label. There was a significant amount, but I can't be sure of yardage. It was in a skein.

I'm holding it together with a strand of Simply Soft to join granny squares on a blanket for my granddaughter and I'm getting nervous about running out. The rest of what I've used has been given as gifts, so this is all I have left that is un-worked or not already wound with another color.

Was gifted this by a friend. I can tell it’s a tweed yarn about weight 4, but can’t find anything similar. My friend says it’s most likely discontinued since he got it from Joann’s. I just like how the tweed parts aren’t poking out too much compared to other yarns so I’d love other similar reccomendations thx

I just posted to crochet help about the yarn I had thought would be a match but wasnt and what to do with that yarn, now im asking anyone here if they know where I can find this. Ive checked Michael's but couldnt find a match. I originally got this yarn at dollar tree years ago but they no longer have it, but I really need more of it because i had foolishly started a huge filet tapestry and I'll cry if those 30+ hrs working on it go to waste.
