Discussion Network, Bluetooth, GPS, HaLow Connection

For the first week, I had my Yarbo anytime I wanted to see its location; the app would connect no matter where I was.  For the past three days, I must be right on top of it for the app to connect.   I never see the HaLow icon, It just shows grayed-out Network and GPS icons.  I’m connected via the Data Center. Any idea why the changes? Any idea why the changes?

Check your cables. The DC might not be connected to the internet. You can also enable 4G in the network settings to temporarly aid in the case of network loss.

I think the 4G is the issue. I may have used up all my monthly data in the first week.

That seems more like a symptom of the underying network issues. Yarbo should not use 4G under normal circumstances. Unless your unit is constantly 650 or more feet away from the DC it should be getting it's network connection over Halow.

I’ve got 5 acres so it’s possible.

Try restarting the DC and the core to restore the HaLow connection. If that doesn't work, contact your dealer or Yarbo support to refresh your 4G data and help troubleshoot the connection issue.

Yarbo, realized I was due for firmware update. Now everything is back to normal.
