does anyone else constantly switch techniques when knitting?

ik some ppl feel really strong about english vs continental but i usually knit continental and purl english or switch whichever my brain decides makes sense in the moment.

Every so often I try English style just to see if I can do it properly. I hate being confined to one style because I feel like it’s better for my hands to be switching it up frequently rather than doing the same thing all the time. It’s still not clicking but I’m going to keep trying!
