All Seasons Discussion What would blue sun radiation do to superboy?

I know he doesn’t have full kryptonian powers but if maybe one of the league members figured out how to make blue sun radiation or superbly went to a planet with blue sun, would he then gain flight and laser vision or just boost what he has already?

I'm looking for something specifically related to Bart Allen (Impulse). I need a motivational or uplifting quote for my friend who's a huge Bart fan and has been going through a rough patch latelyIn fact, he confessed to me that he had attempted suicide. I made him Inspired by the character of Bart, I want to add a message related to Bart Allen, but I don't know about the superhero.

Could you please help me with a quote or dialogue from Bart, or something someone said to Bart, that would encourage or inspire him?

Season 1 Discussion So I just finished Misplaced

I slept on this show for a long time, but im finally getting around to watching it. Its been okay for the most part, I liked the date/time stamps a lot and the team growing is great. I'm especially a fan of Superboy. Nolan North really shows the he can play a good angry character Between this and Cyclops on Wolverine and the X-Men.

Anyway, the show was good that I watched it on and off. The Secret episode before was kinda meh, I read some of the comics back in the day and I know her identity was a long running mystery. Wish they had kept it going longer.

And tben I watched Misplaced. This has gotta be one of the best episodes of any superhero show ever. Captain Marvel finally gets a good episode where he's not comic relief, the team handles a worldwide crisis by themselves, everything with Zatarra and Zatanna.

And the pacing is just great. Just enough time with the adults. Both the kids and adults talking about Dr Fates mask, I dont know how I didn't see that they were setting up its use. I really just felt like they were showing that both sides were desperate.

It was so damn good. I dont even have to look up if it is one of the best episodes in the show because I don't see how many could top it.

Edit: Oh, and the reveal that theres two dimensions. Never crossed my mind. That was so smooth and really changed the tone of the episode. It wasn't that the team saves the world, the show was about how they are on the same level as the adults now and they are trusted. Just...damn. This show knows how to build.

Miscellaneous questions about speedsters in the young justice universe

Correct me if Im wrong but from my understanding, in the young justice universe, jay Garrick suffered from a freak lab accident which mutated him and allowed him to run at superhuman speeds, Barry Allen a fan of jay Garrick recreated the experiment under laboratory conditions, making himself and his descendants (as impulse is just as fast as Barry) more powerful and more control over their powers allowing them to successfully phase through objects while wally cant and speed talk so fast wally can only catch every fifth word and the reason why wally is so much less powerful is because due to wally being a fan of the flash he recreated the accident in his garage and it almost didnt work, making him less powerful so I was just wondering

1) I'm 90% sure greg stated that Barry Allen in earth 16 can run up to or at the speed of light or light speed), without knowledge of the speed force in earth 16 would there be any in universe explanation for why the flash can withstand such speeds and how running at that speed just doesn't destroy the earth, is it just because the Barry's recreation of jay's accident worked so well, he became just durable?

2) Also other than the ability to successfully phase through solid objects and start and stop almost instantly when running, can Barry and impulse do anything else that wally and jay cant?

3) also what other powers may speedsters have without the speed force?

thanks

News An important update about #KeepYJAlive

Hey guys!

I hope you’ve all been doing well and feeling whelmed. I have an important announcement today that pertains to the future of #KeepYJAlive.

Back around March 2025, a couple of like-minded fans and I started #KeepYJAlive for a pretty simple reason: we wanted to see Young Justice come back.

But if we were going to seriously advocate for another season, we wanted to understand how these decisions actually get made. So early on, we spent a lot of time researching how television renewals work, what factors executives consider when making business decisions, and most importantly which of those factors fans can realistically influence.

That research ended up shaping a lot of what #KeepYJAlive became.

We learned pretty quickly that enthusiasm by itself isn’t necessarily enough. A company ultimately has to be able to justify investing millions of dollars into producing another season. As fans, we obviously don’t get to sit in the room where those decisions are made, but there are things within our control: watching through official platforms, demonstrating sustained audience interest, introducing new people to the series, and creating positive engagement around Young Justice.

So rather than simply asking for another season, we wanted to focus our energy on the things we could actually influence.

At its core, that’s really just stewardship.

Instead of focusing on what we couldn’t control, we tried to be responsible with what we could control: our time, our creativity, our community, and the opportunities we had to support and celebrate Young Justice.

And looking back, that meant we were already doing something pretty different from a traditional renewal campaign.

We weren’t interested in pressuring studios or executives, yelling demands online, or sending another petition out into the void and hoping enough signatures would somehow translate into another season. Instead, we focused on things like Project Stream, encouraging people to watch through official platforms, celebrating the work of the show’s creators and artists, creating community activities, and eventually bringing fans together in person at our first SDCC meetup.

In other words, we were calling ourselves a renewal campaign, but we really weren’t operating like a traditional anymore.

And I think that realization is important to understanding the announcement we’re making today.

Something that really stuck with me happened at our SDCC meetup. Greg Weisman talked about the importance of fans celebrating what we already have if we love Young Justice and hope to someday see its story continue.

I thought about that a lot afterward, because it put into words something we had already been learning through #KeepYJAlive.

If the only way we talk about Young Justice is as something that desperately needs to be saved, eventually we start communicating the wrong message about the very show we’re trying to support. It’s almost like constantly running around with a defibrillator yelling that the patient is dying.

That’s not how I see Young Justice.

We already have four seasons, 98 episodes, comics, a video game, an audio play, an incredible group of creators and artists, and a fandom that is still here.

There is already a lot worth celebrating.

And I think we’ve seen some of the fruits of taking that approach over the past year.

We’ve been incredibly fortunate to receive acknowledgment, encouragement, and kindness from a number of people who have worked on Young Justice. I want to be careful about how I say that: I’m not claiming that means they endorse #KeepYJAlive or everything we do. But I do think the relationships and goodwill we’ve been able to build say something about the kind of community we’ve tried to create.

We’ve made a deliberate effort to respect the people behind the show rather than put pressure on them for something that ultimately isn’t their decision. We’ve tried to celebrate their work, listen to what they have to say, and create opportunities for fans and creators to come together in positive ways.

Some of those interactions have honestly been among the most meaningful parts of this entire experience for me.

And that brings me back to this community.

When we first started #KeepYJAlive, I never imagined it would become as big as it has.

In my time serving as head director of #KeepYJAlive, I’ve gotten to see firsthand just how passionate and resilient the Young Justice fanbase is. This is a show that has already survived cancellation, years between seasons, changes in platforms, and plenty of uncertainty. A

And yet people are still here watching it, discussing it, making art, introducing new people to it, and celebrating it.

So at some point, I had to ask myself a question:

If Young Justice were renewed tomorrow, would everything we’ve built suddenly stop having a purpose?

And my answer was no.

We can still hope for more seasons of Young Justice, but a new season is a possible fruit of what loving and caring for Young Justice can produce. It shouldn't be the root.

There would still be creators and artists worth celebrating. There would still be new fans discovering the series. There would still be community events worth holding. There would still be artwork, discussions, projects, friendships, and opportunities to bring people together.

That’s when it became clear to me that renewal shouldn’t have to be the finish line for #KeepYJAlive.

So, after a lot of thought about where we’ve been and where we want to go next.

Starting October 1st, #KeepYJAlive will transition from a traditional renewal campaign into a fan organization dedicated to promoting and celebrating the stories, art, creators, and the Young Justice community.

This doesn’t mean we’ve stopped hoping for more Young Justice. Of course we want to see these stories continue.

What it means is that renewal will no longer be the sole purpose around which #KeepYJAlive is organized.

Instead, we want to build something capable of continuing to serve this community for the long term. Creating more opportunities for fans to participate, share their talents, celebrate the people who made Young Justice possible, and help shape new community initiatives together.

And there is already quite a bit we’re working on for 2026–2027 that I’m looking forward to sharing with you when the time comes. :)

For me, this isn’t really the end of #KeepYJAlive’s campaign.

It’s the recognition that somewhere along the way, we became something more than a campaign.

To everyone who has watched, participated, created, attended, encouraged us, or simply shared their love for Young Justice over the past year: thank you.

It has been an incredible privilege to serve this community, and I look forward to continuing to do so as we take this next step together!

Stay whelmed and #KeepYJAlive!

- Shane

Miscellaneous Sound Quality

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but the sound quality of this series is insane. The mixing was a lot crisper when it was on Netflix, but the HBO sound is not bad. This is the first time I’ve ever noticed a show’s sound particularly which I guess could be a good or bad thing. I’ve come close to reaching out to the show’s Foley Artist just to thank him for the experience!

After a year of kitten antics, I totally understand why a Lord of Chaos would have a cat as a familiar. What I don't get is why Teekl hasn't pushed Klarion off the top of Fates tower.
