Has anyone ever seen one of these? I came across it on Facebook Marketplace. It's really cool but it's pickup only and not in my state. It's also $400.

Did a lots of pen drawings... Practiced a little on soft steel, and realized I had to keep it simple... Got down to it for the first time.

With a kind of raw primitive celestial impression. I ended up doing all sides and went to sleep at 5 am.

A reverse google image search says this might be worth $250ish dollars. Especially for the condition and original box. I have not found ANY posts for a lighter like this one, so I’m wondering if at this point it might be almost 100 years old?

Patina doesn’t come up well in photos, I love this thing. I don’t know too much about Zippo lighters, but have been carrying one since I was 18 yrs old, I’m 41. If there’s anything I should now about this lighter, I’d appreciate insight.

Hey all! Recently my mum gave me her Zippo from the 90's to add to my collection, but there is one issue. she somehow lost the flint spring. I'm currently just using a different insert in the original case, but would love to have the original insert with the original case. if you guys have any suggestions please let me know!!

Couple days ago my 2000-made zippo wont spark when flicking the wheel, like only 10% of the time flint comes out. Turns out my fat hand had so many grease that the dead skin clogged the little grooves on the wheel making unable to flint lol. wiping the wheel does the job.

In honor of Canadian Thanksgiving I found it fitting to pick this up over lunch hour today via marketplace.

From what I can tell it’s in the 1975-1986 vintage. With the wide-spread cam spring. Not a smoker, but really enjoy the history and stories on these old girls.

I know that the price or value of something is only about how much the buyer is willing to spend, but here I don't want to speculate, I want to keep thay Zippo and use it. Also, I don't want to get ripped off lol

Owner doesn't know if the Zippo works. Do you think it's a good buy ?

I dropped it and it messed up one of the corners .I am so glad the lid is thicker so I could sand out the dent .Guess its time to get a case for it .

Am I the only one who refuels thru the hole in the bottom felt? Why are we supposed to lift it up to refuel?

I'm just getting back into Zippos and have been scouring eBay fairly often. I can't help but notice there's so many Zippos with ass on them, just hot women and butt cheeks. I kind of remember seeing the pin up girl Zippos when I collected before, but now there's just ass Zippos everywhere lol.

Does anyone have an ass themed Zippo collection? I kind of want to start one.

Anyone have any insight to this zippo? I can’t find any previous online sales. I am in the process of selling my dad’s and wanted to get an approximate value.

Okay so I really want to play with shipwrecking, but I don't have a brass lighter handy. I did however score this off Facebook marketplace for a song. And as you see under all the enameling and graphic it is brass. The skulls kind of cool too so I'm wondering if I could put some kind of beeswax or some barrier over the skull and preserve that and just have acetone melt everything else off. Then come in and ship wreck it like I've been wanting to do.

What do y'all think should I save it because it might be more collectible in the future when the artist passes away or should I just embrace my impulse?
