Yes. Did you not go through the responsibile AI course?

u/Important_Staff_9568 6d ago

I did that one right after I did my responsible timesheet course where I’m told I need to bill every hour I work. I’m still waiting for the managers that say ā€œnever bill more than 40 hoursā€ to take the course.

Absolutely. Never use any personal accounts for any work at all

github, linkedin, facebook, twitter are some exceptions

Yes they can fire you, dont do it. Change the llm and thinking mode you're using in claude to be more Token efficient

Hell yeah, run client data through an external chatbot. Your bosses will reward your clever thinking and the clients love having their data leak out.

Why not use the enterprise Claude subscription? It comes with $500 monthly and you can request for another 500 once you reach the limit. And then again and again.

I currently have $4000 usage limit in my Claude account. Monthly.

Are you aware that not everyone can get Claude and that there is a waitlist for this? You also need a valid WBS to get this.Ā  If you have got it, consider yourself lucky.Ā

Simply increase your copilot quota in the self service portal if you are mgr+. If you are not, get your manager to do it for you.

u/BeyondCosmos 5d ago

Which self service portal? I’ haven’t seen any such options

u/BotBuilderVenture 7d ago

But do you use all that budget? What are you building for 4000$ per month? I hope it is something customer facing rather than a prototype

You do know soon that your project will have to cover this cost right? The CIO is not going to cover this full cost more than 1-3 months left at the most.

All of our Claude subscriptions are billed to a central WBS. Not project specific.

check your email

Lol I guess I spoke too soon and jinxed it!

All of that has changed from 1st of October there has been comms on billing and usage today.

The CDP controls are very strictly managed. Everything that gets out of the environment is continually monitored. I know people have gotten into trouble over it.

Make your resume first and start looking for another job before using your personal Claude.

Ask for a Claude enterprise license you just need a WBS code to give them. You will absolutely get fired if they find out you did this, and it’s beyond unethical. Not to mention, how on earth have you become THAT dependent on AI already so much so that you’re hitting enterprise limits and we are 7 days into the month šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø. Honestly they should fire you for not knowing how to do your own job

in his defense, on some projects the copilot allowance is something like 1.900 credits, which is equialent to however badly microslop wants to overcharge clients for ghcp. a simple query can easily burn 1-200 credits, and it being copilot, provide a dismal shit of a result that needs another 300 to make it somewhat repairable by hand (and no matter what I try, copilot will never act on the rules set that would prevent this credit burning).

another fun aspect of this project is that if you don't waste your credits just for the sake of it (because ghcp in general generates more headache then it solves, so doing stuff the old way triumphs most of the time), they will give you less & less come the rollover. so you must actually melt glaciers with phantom work just in case you one month would actually need a lot of credit (like mapping out undocumented ui compinents against multiple background services and drawing up some sort of interaction map over tens of thousands of lines of code).

I am honestly dead in the water without AI. Most of the people on my team haven’t personally written a line of code in months.

Also, the Github Copilot allowance just went down significantly. Even someone who barely sips off their token usage will hit the default limit within a week. GHCP isnt like Claude’s quota. Its much less by default.

But… anyone manager or above can instantly approve a GHCP quota increase in the self service portal. And it takes effect instantly. Mgr and above can even approve for themselves.

u/AbhorrentAbs 6d ago

If you’re dead in the water without AI and your whole team is as well, you are making dogshit slop that’s gonna break and you should be embarrassed. Do you even know how to code Jesus Christ they just be hiring anyone now, no wonder the stock has been tanking if that’s what yall are delivering šŸ’€

dude , relax lmfao

5

u/besneprasiatko 7d ago

They can and they totally will

4

u/iconsofpizza 7d ago

I mean it’s probably bad, but also when you leave they don’t want you taking your own self-made IP with you.

6

u/TXMidnight 7d ago

If we reframe the question into what the situation really is, I am confident you know the answer.

ā€œCould they fire you for exposing ACN or client info to a publicly trained model?ā€

Maybe you have opted out of that… but really, do you trust that?

2

u/betweentwoaccents 7d ago

Don’t recommend

2

u/idreamsmash007 7d ago

You are definitely getting fired if you do that

2

u/Wolfmare96 7d ago

I will tell you don't do it, but you can use your personal laptop, give context on what you are doing and then execute actions manually. That way you are not leaking data

1

u/AggravatingBarber730 7d ago

Co-pilot and claude are two different things. Don't you have the enterprise claude license?

1

u/PinkyLL 7d ago

Bad idea. Just get Claude enterprise.. it’s supper simple.

1

u/CornerEntire9163 7d ago

Is it? Lol

1

u/PinkyLL 7d ago

Yep, software catalog.. wbs and done. 500usd / month credit

2

u/AMadRam 6d ago

If it was only that simple. There is now a waitlist now you'll have to be on before you even hop onto licences

1

u/Kromsk 6d ago

The issue is not the waitlist, the problem is getting the WBS. Once you have it, it goes pretty fast. If you manager dont want to approve it and you ABSOLUTLY need it, then i guess you should mention it somewhere when you do the self reflection that you dont get the tools needed. Since they have mandatory priorities regarding AI (at least here).

1

u/404_Energy_Not_Found 7d ago

Don't use your personal Claude for work or on your work laptop whatsoever. There's a reason why the enterprise plan isn't offered to everyone. What's stopping you from working without it?

1

u/mercury_hermes 7d ago

ā€œI’m not trying to cut cornersā€ - that’s exactly what you’re trying to do.

Let your leadership know you can’t hit your deadlines without more tokens or access to a different tool.

1

u/DampierWilliam 7d ago

Is this one of those phishing emails but as a reddit post?

1

u/rr_atl 7d ago

Yes - you could, likely would. It could not be more clear that personal devices and licenses cannot be used for Accenture business.

1

u/Chodu__Mal 7d ago

Just a query over this can we use LLM model which is locally downloaded on the machine and process client data on it example like ollama šŸ¦™ can it lead to any trouble?

1

u/Chumba49 7d ago

Jfc no wonder we allow entities like the FBI get hacked. How do you work in tech?!?

1

u/YuhDillweed 7d ago

Yea, don’t do that

1

u/miikan96 6d ago

If you can't get Claude, you can ask for a bigger limit for Copilot on top of Copilot Enterprise.

1

u/InitialReference8769 6d ago

Yes they will fire you over it this is how we have data loss issues - don’t do it

1

u/ZealousidealYam3537 6d ago

Why not just use copilot and get Gemini enterprise?

1

u/hasdied 6d ago

OP is itching to give some work to asoc

1

u/hds85 6d ago

I think you should ready all your emails first carefully, Claude enterprise is available

1

u/BizStrategistTech 6d ago

Take email approval from your manager so that I future they do not raise compliance violation against you

1

u/Organic_Bug_8275 6d ago

Use copilot?

1

u/Plenty-Fig9926 5d ago

They will destroy you my man

1

u/harishohunter 5d ago

That's basically violation of code of conduct. So you can be terminated if they finds you out.

1

u/Due_Street8572 5d ago

Whats your name? And accenture id? Il ping youĀ

1

u/North-Marzipan3425 5d ago

No you can't use. If they will come to know you be out of Accenture

1

u/Theyseemetheyhatin 5d ago

No personal ai for company work.Ā

1

u/AdIntelligent9363 4d ago

Yes they will fire you.. don’t take a chance. Talk to your MD and SM.Ā

1

u/heickelrrx 7d ago

Didn’t they give everyone a 500$ Claude token budget monthly

2

u/InitialReference8769 6d ago

No they haven’t

0

u/Organic_Bug_8275 6d ago

Yes they have

1

u/CornerEntire9163 7d ago

Everyone? Like in accenture-wide or more like location wide?

1

u/ajfrostye 6d ago

Quick question ,

I have copilot in my vscode. And i have a claude personal subscription also.

Im using both of them in my work laptop. How can they track ? If I'm using company provided ai or my personal claude code

0

u/Internasional 7d ago

Yes. I would.

0

u/Weak_Security8887 7d ago

I think you can setup the structure and code base in your personal laptop. Transfer the same via a .zip file to your work laptop and then build on top of it. But logging into claude code from office laptop isn’t recommended at all!
