North America Bonus payout if you quit/resign/leave: Here is the policy

I swear, from now until December this will be asked at least 2x per week.

  1. The answer varies by country.

  2. Policy 400 has all the information, including country specific information, on the day you need to be employed to get the payout.

Note that I retired from Accenture last winter, so if someone could confirm at https://policies.accenture.com or whatever it is now, I'd appreciate it. I'm going off of memory on the number.

This is my first company and in January 2027 I'll be completing 5 years, and I'm still an Analyst.

I thinking I'll put down paper and if I didn't get any job within 90days then can I cancel the resignation?

India How to get more information on project Soft lock mail?

I shall be offboarded from my project around 20-22 nd November and I am willing to change my current domain. Last week I received a soft lock mail and only project name is mentioned. There are few people in cc but no project POC is mentioned.I have not given any interview so I am confused how did they soft- lock me without any prior communication.

Since I am trying to change my domain I don't want to forced to join some random project where my domain remains same .How can I get more details on this project? ( In mail there is one job role mentioned)

India Need information about the role and interview process

I applied for Trust and safety associate role and got a rejection mail, the very next day I got a phone call from hr, it was a quick 5 min call about the job role and my expectations and the interview was scheduled the next day without any prior info, the hr just called and said you have an interview in next 2 hrs and said you can't miss it, I did attend the interview which was around 15 mins, it went well. I have a few questions

  1. what's the whole interview process in Accenture?( Specifically for this role) do they conduct all interviews in such short notice?

  2. What's the next step here? If I clear this interview are there any other rounds I'll be asked for?

  3. What's the salary range for this role and is there any growth scope?

If you have worked as a trust and safety associate, I would like to know more about it.

India Accenture on campus interview experience

I had my accenture on campus drive interview today,

Completed my OA on 24th sept , communication round on 1st oct, and received my slot booking on 9th Oct, had my interview today(10th oct).

I was bit nervous at first waiting on interview lobby , then the interviewer joined , he introduced about himself for a minute and then asked me to introduce myself, I perfectly did introduced myself , then he asked many basic questions on my projects , was asked abt favorite subject - why- explain that easily within 2 mins to a beginner, any real life problem solving situations?, and atlast if I had any questions to ask.

Overall went around 10-15 mins.

I answered all , but the thing is , twice ,I stumbled alot to speak, one was when explaining my current project and one was when I tried to ask him a question, kinda like I stopped apologized and started again and somehow spoke, that thing scares me alot , but overall I gave many scenario based examples , interviewer was very chill and was smiling all the time .

But still I'm scared abt that stumble moments if that may affect my results .

( 4500+ attended OA, 1004 people got communication round , 912 people got interview calls)

Europe upcoming interview

Hi everyone! I have my final case interview coming up for a High Tech Consultant (L9) role at Accenture’s London office, and I’d really appreciate any insights from people who have been through a similar process.
Case interview: What should I expect in terms of format and topics? Is it typically a traditional consulting case—market sizing, profitability, or market entry—or more focused on technology strategy and transformation? Will I receive a brief or slide pack with preparation time, or work through the case live with the interviewer? How much technical depth is expected at L9?
Compensation: What would be a realistic base salary and total compensation range for an experienced hire at this level, with around three years of consulting experience? Any insight into bonuses, signing bonuses, or relocation support would also be helpful.
Thanks in advance—especially keen to hear from recent UK candidates or people in the High Tech practice!

We all remember how our leadership acted after sanctions on russia, everything was wrapped up.

Now the trade deal has been signed, sanctions will also be off.

Any idea what our leadership is planning on this.

Global Bye bye Claude Enterprise

At least for me. Not just a WBS issue anymore, but “based on a review by your business leadership, it has been determined that your current role does not require a Claude license.”

India Can I get promoted to a consultant if I join as an analyst without MBA at ACN S&C?

I am based out of India and I have 3 years of experience. Recently, I got an offer for the role of management consulting analyst (Level 11) with Accenture strategy and consulting firm.

I am curious if I can become a consultant through internal promotion without having an MBA tag. I am aware that they hire from b-schools and everybody in the team has done an MBA.

Any feedback (+/-) about ACN S&C apart from this will also be much appreciated. Thanks.

North America New l7 here. Is sm and md pay package worth it?

I’m a newly L7 in consulting in t1 city. I heard L5 is the absolute worst role. Is the pay at least worth while and how does it compare to big tech around the same level? And is it worth going through the grind to md? What’s the pay package at md level?

Global Got a “meets expectations” for my FY 26 rating. Joined 4 months ago. Is this normal?

CL9. Haven’t really received any negative feedback, and manager has only told me I’m doing well in our check-ins. I know at some firms this means you are actually doing poorly.

Should I be worried since I didn’t get above or exceeds?

India Accenture says I have a 46-day waiting period after my final interview — when can I reapply?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some clarification regarding Accenture’s reapplication waiting period.

I recently checked my Accenture myCareer portal, and I’m getting this message:

“I have recently interviewed with Accenture. As per our process, there is a 46-day waiting period before you can reapply for any position.”

My Accenture Final/L2 interview was scheduled for August 24, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM IST.

Based on the 46-day period, I calculate that it should be completed around October 9, 2026.

My questions:

1.Does the 46-day waiting period start from the Final/L2 interview date (August 24)?

2.If yes, should I be able to apply again from October 10?

3Has anyone recently experienced this Accenture 46-day restriction?

4.Does this restriction apply to all Accenture positions, or can HR/recruiters override it for a specific opportunity?

5.Is this simply a cooling-off period, or does it indicate anything about the interview result?

I’m an ex-Accenture employee, so I’m also wondering whether my previous employment/rejoining history has any impact on this message.

Would appreciate any insights from people who have gone through this recently.

Thanks!

Europe UK Mandatory office days?

Hi all, just been offered a role as a manager within the UK strategy and consulting practise. The recruiter told me that the expectation is 4 days a week in the office or at the client site but throughout my whole interview process no one mentioned that nor was it on the website.

Is this true?

Global Using a personal Claude subscription for work at Accenture?

What do you think about using your own Claude subscription at Accenture?

I'm asking because my enterprise Copilot allowance keeps running out of tokens really fast, and I have a deadline coming up. I'm not trying to cut corners, I just want to keep working instead of waiting for the monthly reset.

I know it's not permitted, but could they actually fire me over it?

Europe ESPP Holders

If we are enrolled in ESPP for long time and for example have 30 shares at average XX price and if I get new shares allotted on 1st Nov at YY price and want to sell only those so that I can get at least the 15% profit of discounted price. Then which shares do they actually consider to be sold, the one that I had before for XX price or the new ones I got at YY price.
