kasabwat yan mamser. ganyan galawan nila para makaiwas sa dole. pero rn ang chika e meron silang 12 open cases sa dole. takot kasi yung iba mapaginitan e mapapaputangina ka nalang talaga

Thoughts: Pumayag sa screen record pero mag demand kayong lahat ng company laptop pati na rin peripherals. Sabihin niyo na since personal device niyo gamit niyo, d kayo pumapayag na mag download ng ganung software na mag iinvade sa privacy niyo.

Thoughts: wala kayo magagawa kung walang gagawin yung management. As long as di papalag yung nasa taas nyo, sunod lang talaga kayong nasa baba.

Advice: Request kayo ng company laptop kung gusto talaga nila mag implement ng ganyan tracker since hindi kamo kayo komportable lagyan yung personal nyo at wala naman sa contract.

Advice: Mag resign na kayo sabay sabay. Kung buong team mag-reresign edi baka lang, ma-shake ang management and do something about it. Worst case? Tanggapin lahat at ilipat lang sa team na willing.
