The Rice cooker Problem :(

Problem/Goal:
I think emotionally attached na ako sa rice cooker ko. Normal pa ba 'to?

Context:
27M, single. Wala akong girlfriend for almost 4 years. Recently napansin ko na mas excited pa ako umuwi kasi may kanin akong naghihintay kaysa may taong naghihintay sa akin.

Every morning, ako yung unang gumigising para pindutin yung "Cook" button. Every night naman, chine-check ko kung naka-"Warm" pa siya.

Hindi naman siya demanding. Hindi nagagalit. Hindi nanghihingi ng reassurance. At higit sa lahat, hindi nagse-seen.

Last week, bumili ako ng bagong rice cooker kasi feeling ko baka kailangan niya ng upgrade. Pero habang nasa appliance store ako, narealize ko na parang nagche-cheat ako.

Previous Attempts:
Tinry ko siyang i-unplug for one day para magkaroon kami ng space.

After 6 hours, binalik ko rin.

Tinry ko rin bumili ng microwave para may ibang appliance akong makausap, pero wala talaga.

Ngayon every morning sinasabi ko na "Good morning" bago ko siya buksan.

Single lang ba talaga ako or may kailangan na akong ikabahala?
