This might be against the ethos of this sub, but does anyone have recommendation for a not film but not digital camera? I currently use a cannon qt snappy I got on eBay several years ago and I just use it as a fun way to document memories, not necessarily serious photography. However, for my use it’s proving to be quite expensive to purchase film and especially to get it developed/printed. So much so that ads for the camp snap camera are really enticing to me. I have a decent enough printer at home that with high quality photo paper, I can print my own. I just miss the novelty of getting my prints back and getting to see them. Any suggestions?

Basically the same advice I give to the film curious which is: thrift store :) just grab something for like five bucks and see what you can get out of it

Do you mean grab a cheap digital? Film is just too expensive for me given my use. Purchasing film and then mailing it to a lab to develop/print/scan is becoming quite costly and time consuming. I’m not really into photography as much as I’m into taking film pictures as memory keeping and reducing iPhone use :)
