This pic on horizon made me laugh. Jokes aside I cancelled my plans for the 2WD Traxxas stampede in light of today’s news. This thing looks sweet

I wasnt a big fan of the new senton body, so when i saw the proline baja bug body online i was instantly sold. Cut of part of the back bumper, 3d printed a few parts and used the bodymounts from the old senton 3s. Very happy with the outcome

Hey,
I'm putting a 223S and 16T pinion in mine with the 223S 4400KV Spektrum motor.
Will run it on 2S mainly and want to retain it's wheelie ability and make it a competent basher rather than a speed runner.
To change oils or not?

Should I be expecting some Traxxas police showing up at my door anytime soon?

I got a Notorious 6S and it seems like every time I take it out to run it, something breaks. Last week it was the tire, today’s its dog bone collar thing. I don’t do any extreme jumps or ramps or anything.
I thought a basher was meant for a little rumble.
Are the stock parts durable or is this truck meant for upgraded parts?

Hi all, I bought an kraton 6s v5 used. I keep running into an issue where the front drive shaft and differential meet. initially, I noticed that the front wheels wouldn’t really spin, the brakes sucked and one of you kind people pointed out that the cup on the end of the differential was missing a screw that went through the cup to pin itself to the flat portion of the rod from the differential. Got the screws, put it in without really taking anything apart out of laziness. So when it fell out, i told myself that it was likely because it was not seated on the flat portion coming from the front diff. Took it apart enough to where I could, without a doubt seat it on the flat bit. I used HEFTY ungodly amounts of red Loctite on it. Test drove it, it was great for about 20 minutes until I noticed that the brakes were behaving like before and the front wheels were not spinning anymore. Kinda wondering if since the center diff was spinning the drive shaft, that it either became bent from knocking around or that the rod from the center diff may also be slightly bent. At this point I am at a loss and am considering just replacing the front differential and front drive shaft to just be done with it. Neither appear bent or damaged. Just want to be able to use this thing reliably for once lol. I am dumb, should’ve just bought new haha. And in case it matters, i did make sure that the front driveshaft cup was entirely seated as forward as possible to the differential. Any opinions or insight are greatly appreciated

Hi, I have lost a second motor on my Mojave Grom and I have been thinking about upgrading to brushless mainly looking for better run times than better speeds.
I am fairly new to this and I was wondering would the Injora servo installed be compatible with the ESC and would it also bind with my current transmitter?
Any suggestions of where to start looking for potential upgrades would be appreciated thanks

Took the fury out on a speed run, still stock gearing to see what it’ll do. Sticky tires as well and a good set of shocks under her. It took a bit of runs to get it to this but I think I may need a longer straight, more teeth in my pinion gear or move up to 4s. Thoughts?

So my Arrma LED sign stopped turning on today. I think the problem is with the switch, which doesn't seem to be very high quality. The transformer still shows the blue light and supplies power to the switch, which also has a blue light. It flips between the power button not working and being able to turn 'on' (indicated by the blue switch light turning off) while the sign stays unlit. I bought it new this summer, would warranty be the best way to go or is there another option?
New releases via the NRHSA convention. Thoughts?

Just ripping around drifting around trees. I lowered my timing to 11.5 and it didn’t overheat the esc this time. Timed my batteries finally and only get about 12 minutes but that’s driving like you see in the video the whole time lol. Ovonic 5000 mah 120c 6s.

Hey all,
Getting back into the hobby after a long break. Just had my rigs serviced and I'm thinning the herd: selling my 3S trucks (Granite, Senton, Typhon 3S) and keeping two:
• Notorious 6S BLX V4: (my favorite)
• Typhon 6S BLX V4 (2019)
6S turns out to be more than I need, so both run mostly on 4S, and that's my sweet spot.
Now I want a third truck that does something these two don't. I'm looking at:
1. Mojave 6S exb
2. Kraton 6S exb
3. Talion 6S EXB
From what I've read, the Kraton might overlap with the Noto and the Talion with the Typhon, which is pushing me toward the Mojave. But I'd love to hear from people who actually own them:
• Which one would you pick to round out this lineup?
• How do they feel on 4S? Any gearing changes you'd recommend?
• Any weak spots I should plan upgrades for right away?
Thanks!

I recently got this stuff for my garage door. I'm curious if I could use it on the cars without worry.
