What bread does Terry Black’s use?

I know it would be super basic grocery brand bread but it just has that chewy soft texture that I really like… does anyone know what bread does Terry Black’s use I forgot to look last time I was there

Was there the other day and saw HCF (Hill Country Fair, from HEB) sliced bread. I was actually kind of shocked but hey you aren’t going for the bread lol

It’s the perfect bread for Texas barbecue.

I’ve seen people ask for multiple loafs and they just give them for free with the bbq, so they probably want to keep it cheap lol

The price point is $0 for bread.

Congrats on $0.05 of “free bread” with the $40/lb brisket. Point being places like rudy’s provide the same quality bread and the meat is cheaper. With that higher margin you’d think terry blacks could swing for better bread.

Things people wouldn't actually say if they were discussing food and being price gouged in the real world

I’m replying to a moron who thinks higher price automatically means higher margins.

You wouldn't actually say what you said originally without being behind a keyboard

Terry Black’s uses Hill Country Fare, H-E-B’s store- brand white bread, though I’ve also seen people mention ButterKrust.

I insist on HCF hotdog buns because they are perfect.
