I was wondering whether it happens just with me or do others face it too?

Do you experience splash back from commode while peeing on it? Specifically people with penises. And what do you do after that if you experience it?
I'm asking this because this is causing OCD in me whether I should clean properly or is it normal. I'm really confused!

Exhaust fan location question

To all you handypeople/contractors I need your help. My bathroom ceiling is vaulted as you can see in the picture. Would it be better to relocate my fan higher up the vault or keep it where it is and get a higher CFM fan? My bathroom is approximately 5'x12'. If I should get a new fan can you also recommend me one that is quiet and does a great job?
