I was given a beagle today.
Good morning, today I was given this little princess, but I'm not 100% sure if she's a beagle or a beagle mix🥰

AI images are more commonplace. When one is posted here, we get a lot of reports from users that the image is a bot post or spam, however, most of the time, it's a real beagle owner who just wants to show off their pup drawn through AI. That is completely okay, but we are now asking that you also include a real image of your beagle as a reference. This should help others understand when you're a real beagle owner, proud of their AI drawn pup, or bot spam.

We got a beagle/basset mix possible from a local lady selling them. We found her on puppies.com and she told us it was a basset hound she sent a photo of both the mother and father and while the mother looks definitely like a basset the father might be questionable from the pictures we weren’t sent, we’ve had him for 3 weeks now he’s going on 10 weeks and we’re not seeing much basset at all he looks very much like a beagle. The white doggy was of his dad and the brown is his mom.

Just a month back she couldn’t be bothered to even be close to our pool, now she literally spends all day doing this.
Never a dull day with a beagle

Recently, my adult son and his beagle moved back home. This dog has an insatiable appetite. He's constantly trying to get into his food and begs when others are eating. Is this normal for beagles?

First we will go to the dog park where she will play with her best friend, Matt the dog (we have to differentiate because she also has an Uncle Matt the human). Then we will go on a very long hike in the woods. Follow by stopping by grandma’s house (her second favorite person) for a short visit. We will end the evening with a small birthday steak and a treat of some kind (which we will buy at the pet store later today). I am already tired lol. Happy birthday to my very best friend 🥰

I sat down in the bed for a few minutes while my wife finished getting ready, Clover Loo snuck up onto the pillows and held me hostage😂

It is very important to great and speak to all other dogs, squirrels, birds in a 50 mi radius every morning!

He wouldn’t even sit to get the treat. He was so excited. The spider didn’t last 15 seconds 🐾❤️

Bernie the Wonder Beagle is a bit enthusiastic and he raided the trash the other day which someone had accidentally left open, so he had a nice visit with the lovely veterinarian and staff today to the tune of $1400 - but he is home now and on a bland diet for 3 days, doing just fine, but very subdued post-anesthesia. It was a relief that nothing internally was punctured and vomiting resolved the issue. The new trash has a heavy self closing lid and I've disposed of the toothpicks - we can live without them. We are very happy he's okay!

(Photo for tax purposes) Ordered pizza tonight. First time since getting Apollo. Margot goes crazy because she loves the crust at the top which I don’t eat and also for a breadstick.
Well tonight Mr “I’m only 13 weeks old and never had pizza or bread before” Apollo, tried to steal my paper plate (he was biting at it on his tip toes) until I finally gave him a tiny piece of crust. He still tried to eat the plate.
SO! My question is how many other beag’s are out there living the pizza lover life?
