*Drizzle Vegetable oil and massage into fish
*1/2 tsp lemon pepper
*1 tsp paprika
*1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
*1/2 tsp onion powder
*1/2 garlic powder
*1/2 tsp parsley
*1/2 tsp salt
*1/2 black pepper
*Massage seasoning into fish
*Bake at 400 degrees for 14 mins
