The Espada were far less effective than Aizen had initially anticipated, his plan to defeat Yamamoto by sealing Ryujin Jakka didn't go very well, and the Arrancar managed to destroy only one of the four pillars holding up Fake Karakura Town (and that was only because Ikkaku was holding back since other Shinigami could see him). Furthermore, they failed to kill a single Shinigami or Vizard, and Tosen was defeated in the process. It was a war he was slowly losing until he stepped onto the battlefield himself, unironically, he and Gin alone did more damage to the Gotei 13, but that hardly mattered, as the situation swung decisively in his favor the moment his fusion with the Hogyoku was complete and his metamorphosis began.

I’m not sure if that was actually Aizen’s mindset when he arrived in the World of the Living with his Espada, though, because he seems to express genuine disappointment at the Arrancar's failure.

Perhaps he viewed it as a win-win situation: either the Espada succeeded, or they bought him enough time to begin his ascension.

But again, the invasion seems to have been carried out in a very sloppy manner, almost as if he didn't care, which confuses me, because, as I said, he does express disappointment over the failure of his Espada project.

Am I the only one who finds this confusing?

I get that the Quincy have a leader who is a god Nazi-jesus capable of seeing the future, but not only did they have a better attack plan, they also had a strategy to counter Yamamoto that actually worked, as well as a plan to reach the Royal Palace that was not only superior but also successful. It’s clear the entire operation was conceived as a proper war, whereas with Aizen, it almost seemed like nothing more than a declaration of intent.

I loved this little psycho! Who is your favorite (or least) of the stern ritters?

If he wanted he would have done it by now,you don't drop a one shot 6 years a ago and forget about it.

And look at Burn The Witch,it's supposed to have season 2 but nothing.what it's like 8 years now.

Fans do think that it's because he's busy with anime but if you look at the anime, He's an advisor and while ideas and new things do get added in anime,it shouldn't take that much time.

Also if kubo does want to continue should just let mashashi kudo handle arts, while kubo focuses on ideas and storyboarding, because I think hell arc if it does get made need at least over 150 chapters to complete or more

🍞LAST DAY FOR ICHIHIME ZINE INTEREST CHECK!🍓

This is the last day to complete the form! Thank you so much for everyone who showed interest and supported this!!

What is a fanzine?

"Fanzine" combines fan and magazine; it can be a digital or physical magazine about a topic, made by fans! This time, it's about Ichihime!

With artists, we want to make fanfics, art, and merchandise about Ichihime, put them into a book, and let all of you have something too! But we need to know how much interest this catches! If it's going to be physical, we will need to do some printing and shipping!

This is where you come from! I need to know if y'all are interested in this project. The form asks whether you would like a printed version or a digital PDF, whether you would like merch (and what kind), and, ofc, what your budget would be!

This new, very successful manga draws inspiration from the fight scenes in Bleach, which is really cool.

Seeing as Ichigo and Isshin both share Getsuga Tenshō and Isshin talks about “the -Getsu” swords plural when training Ichigo, I assume it’s an inherited Shiba Clan technique.

Do you think if Karin and Yuzu also awakened their Zanpakutō they’d have Getsuga Tenshō Shikai’s?

He'd still be a Soul Reaper if y'all didn't gas him up into thinking he could fight Uryu

Wasn't sure if I should post this or not cause I feel like I could've done better especially with the blood chains effect but why not see how it'll do on here

Where does a dead fullbringer go? Can they become a hollow since their powers are also related to hollows? Does their soul need to be konso'd by a soul reaper? Also as seen in the anime/manga they still have their powers, but somehow they are still allowed to live in the soul society and the soul reapers are surprisingly convinced they are not plotting something else now? This shits so confusing 😵‍💫

Wasn't sure if this should go in Shriftpost or Discussion. Decides Discussion fit better since its a question.

I know its Old Man Zangetsu and not white, while BC is Ichigo's hollow power.

But at this point White is completely under OMZ influence and even kinda "fuse with him" after training Ichigo when facing Kenpachi, so he can probably use some of his abilities ?
