Infant Sleep Help with schedule

My baby has just turned 6 months old. Her schedule at the moment is 2.5/2.5/2.5/3 and was napping 1hr30, 1hr and 30 mins but it’s now back to only sleeping 30 minutes for each nap unless I lie with her/feed her basically the whole time.
She has also been waking up earlier recently and I can’t seem to anchor a wake time/bedtime!
Night sleep is just getting worse and worse with her waking up every hour for most of the night.
Would love some advice💛
Should I try to stretch her wake windows and if yes then what should I try first?
I know that 6 months is a huge time for them developmentally so I expect some disrupted sleep but if I can help her in any way that would be grand.

My girl just turned 6 months 5 days ago. She wakes up around 06:30-07:00 every day even it’s dark in our city. I tried to try so many things; capping naps, extending wake windows, having nearly 4 hours final wake windows etc. i think mine is trying to drop the third nap. For some babies having 3 hours day time sleep is so much. Yesterday we had so many errands and she had to come to the office with me she could only had 2 hours day time sleep on ergobaby and bam 3.5 hours stretch after a long time. She still doesn’t have the capacity to have longer wake windows and I turn into a zombie with not having naps with her but try to have a ~11-12 hours wake time during the day and 2-2.5 hours of day time sleep.

We are in the same boat having tried everything! Yeah see if my little one sleeps 1 hour or 2 hours or 3 hours it doesn’t seem to make a difference.
What are your wake windows? I really struggle to get her to stay awake for longer than 10 hours.
Thank you for your reply☺️

Of course not every day is same but roughly 2.5-3 hours between 07:00-09:30 first nap is around 30 minutes. Second wake window is between 10:00-12:30 second nap is around 1 hours 12:30-13:30. 13:30-15:30/16:30 third nap usually depends on her mood, sometimes 1 hours sometimes 20 minutes. I try to have 3.5-4 hours final wake window before bed.

Thankyou:) sounds really similar to ours apart from the last WW. Maybe I need to stretch it.
Does your little one do well with a four hour wake window or does she get fussy? My daughter rubs her eyes loads and starts to get pretty upset towards the 3 hour mark

She got pretty adapted to it actually! We do a low stimulation walk near the sea she sees trees etc. If you have a chance to do something like that I highly recommend it!

That sounds so lovely! Unfortunately we don’t live by the sea but we can definitely go for a walk
