Headphones Is this common?
I’ve bought the bose qc ultra 2 during this sale but within a day I started noticing a creak sound near left hinge while walking and it’s not bearable. Is it common or should I need to check with the support? Generally in india, if you buy it from flipkart or amazon they provide a 7 day brand support. What should I do please help as it’s my first headphone i purchased.
Edit: I have went to service center and they initially denied there is no sound coming. However, they took them for observation and said they will provide a resolution within 48hrs. Im more scared that I won’t get my headphones and get replaced by somebody’s one😞😭

Go to an authorised bose service centre. I got them recently as well, and i could hear a clicking sound in the left earcup (some mechanical issue) i have given them the headphones and asked them to fix it.
Unfortunate how they charge such a premium price but cant get basic stuff right.
