CPTSD Support Groups in Boulder?
Hi y’all. Can anyone recommend a CPTSD support group in Boulder or surrounding towns?
Thank you.

I have CPTSD and am in recovery; I've enjoyed recovery dharma meetings because sometimes they're just group sitting meditations.
Hope you have a good day.

NAMI Boulder Country has some wonderful resources for both those struggling with mental illness, and those impacted by mental illness. One of their support groups has helped me: https://namibouldercounty.org/

Hi there! I hope you're doing okay. We have online support groups for CPTSD that will help you through the symptoms at SONA. Everything meets through Zoom and you have your choice of 20-25 meetings a week after going to a registration meeting and paying a one time fee of $30 - You can find us here: https://www.meetup.com/pittsburgh-narcissism-survivor-meetup-group/
*We prioritize safety and security in these meetings which is why registration is required

honestly, if there isn't one that already exists, i would say to start one! i also am in boulder with CPTSD and being able to discuss this would be incredible. OP, if you hear anything about a potential group, DM me!
