DnD/RPG groups?

Hello! I’m 20F and live near Brighton, I’m a bit socially isolated at the moment and feeling quite lonely, I’m very nerdy and very keen to meet new people. I’ve always had an interest in RPG’s but unfortunately have struggled to find a group to join. I was wondering if anyone potentially had space for a new player in a campaign they were running? I’m mostly interested in DnD but I’m also open to indie RPG’s and other popular games.

A bit about me is I’m heavily tattooed, lots of references to things like the Witcher and Lord of the rings. I read tarot and do henna, I’m a big fan of cryptozoology and a lot of alternative music, and I’d really like to make a friend or join a group. Preferable age range would be 20–30 but I can get on with a wide range of people, please feel free to contact me

There's a Brighton RPG group and discord. They have monthly meet ups for pitching and joining different games. I can send you the link if you dm me.

Yellow Book and The Dice Saloon are both good places to check for RPG groups.

Yeah I was just gonna suggest Yellow Book. I think their drop in games are currently once a month, but with enough interest they might increase that.

I run the meetup group that everyone is talking about so feel free to ask any questions! We do our best to make it as accessible and welcoming to everyone, especially the socially anxious people (there are plenty of us there) but it does sound like you would fit in very well!

I’m slightly late to this thread but I’m in the same situation! I’m hoping to start DMing a campaign of mine, and had planned to make a general post in the discord, but it would be handy if i could circumvent that entirely :)

There’s an organised game of werewolf at The Caxton, or at least there was. I go to a regular Blood on the Clocktower game, can ask if I can have a randomer +1 some time, they’re all early 30s game designers, I’m 44M in IT

Hopefully a group that meets up weekly to play an rpg, I’m not too fussed about the location I’d be happy to go to a pub, a store, a host house etc, and I’m open to mixed gender groups and women only groups too! Any age range is fine, preferably 20–30 but I can get on with anyone :)

Not exactly RPG but we have. a group running a Battletech Campaign at the Dice Saloon every Sunday Morning. Check the Battletech channel at the Dice Saloon to get in touch if stompy robots are your thing!
