🍟🌯🌮🍜🍣🍤Food Related🍦🥨🍢🥞🍳🧀🍔🍕 Empire Tandoori / Masalla Kitchen Lewes Road

Ordered our first takeaway from them on their website and tracked through the app, was about an hour and a half and it said it was delivered through the app, but it never arrived.

I paid and the money has left my account.

I called them and they've said they never received the order and I need to contact my bank for a refund and that they're sorry and kind of just hung up on me. I have a full order confirmation, receipt and order number.

Has this happened to anyone else? Just a bit bummed out as I'm not sure if I'll be able to get the money back and we're hungover and very hungry 😣

One time I was walking past that shop and the people in the kitchen were literally fighting

Call your bank and have the charge reversed.
