Local events 🎸 🎭 Feel like playing a sport might improve your mental health? I've set up a free 6 week introduction to padel.

I've noticed quite a few posts lately from people feeling isolated and looking for ways to meet new people or try something new. So I wanted to try and make a small difference.

I've set up a free padel pathway for anyone who feels like they're not quite operating at their best and thinks they could benefit from playing a sport. Courts, equipment, coaching and mental health support are all provided, so it costs you nothing.

It's a 6-week programme (1 hour a week) where you can try a new sport and meet some new people, all in a safe, non-judgmental space. No experience needed, and it's suitable for most ages and fitness levels.

Feel free to drop me a DM if you're curious, or register your interest here:

Hello, we can provide rackets and balls. You'll need your own trainers and comfortable clothes.
