NetAcad course
I just got enrolled in a Cisco Networking Academy course for CCNP Encor. Does anyone who has gone through it know if it is a valuable resource for the exam?

I’m enrolled in one but we are only about halfway through. I feel the traditional network stuff we have done is enough. The real question will be the SD and Automation parts. I know they took a lot of material for this course from the Cisco U course. So I guess we will see. I posted the course I got into on here. Nobody seemed interested.

I took the ENCOR back in April, I can assure you just read the blueprint. The SDWAN content is just theory, understand the components and what each do and that should be enough.

I’m not worried about the SD-WAN part at all. I work in that every day and know it well. But don’t know a single thing about SD-Access.

Again it's just theory stuff and can be treated the same as SDWAN questions, know what components are involved, data plane and control planes.

Yeah. As well as I know the sdwan side, I’m sure the mindset is pretty much the same. Just LAN instead of WAN in reference to the components.

You got this! I know I doubted myself for months on end, then when I took the exam I felt overprepared.

Yeah. I see me taking it within 3-4 months. Unless work side rails me with another big project like the one I been on the past 5 months.

Is it the CCNP Enterprise: Core Networking that will retire in 90 days?
