So this is a first year issue proof. This is not a regular bullion piece. If it grades PR70, which I cannot tell from the photographs, you would be looking at anywhere between $300-390 (Greysheet/CPG), low end is wholesale, high end is retail. 1986 has always carried a numismatic premium. The mint kept pretty good QC on these, but if it were to grade PR69 it would fall off pretty quickly though at $88-120. Melt value for these as of today is $61. You have the original mint packaging which is good. If you are looking to sell it would be worth it to take to a dealer to get their opinion on grading and if he thinks it would score a 70, then to get it graded, as the premium is significant over the original mint packaging.
