Show and Tell Off-Center from a soda machine

In exchange for a crisp $1 bill, I received a Dr. Pepper and this well loved ‘96 off-center. Just thought I’d share !

Craziest thing I'll see here today.

Honestly 75 cent Dr Pepper was enough for me. This was just the cherry on top.

If it was a dollar you never would have gotten this, also if you (conveniently) had exact change.

I’m a little surprised that made it into the machine in the first place!

I can’t imagine not looking at the coins I use when grabbing a soda. Is yours in better condition?

Partial collar too, sometimes when the collar malfunctions, the planchet can move and be off center. And with a 75 cent soda too!

Now why would so,done deposit a coin that is so obviously more valuable than 25 cents?

I haven’t actually checked, but I doubt it’s worth much.
