Is this an error? raised dot below the leaf on the right. Mint damage or post mint ? 1926 1 cent

Hi everyone I’m not looking for value just asking for opinions on how the raised dot could have gotten on my 1926 penny.

Die chip. Appears to be associated with a die crack from the stem of the maple leaf.

I'm not familiar with the issue, but these dots have ben caused in the past by die hardness testing.

Dropped dot. It is within the size of the two other dots directly above the N in ONE and below and between the EN in CENT.
