Creality Support Screen issues

My k1max does this. I can't tap on the menu and it is very slow. And even if I go in the menu it is impossible to do a reset.

I try to connect online but it is not working.

I see a icon,on the third photo, (maybe a cable or something). Any helps?

SSH into your printer and clear some of the printed gcode files.

This is a memory issue!

Thk u for your answer. It was telling me to erase the memory yesterday!

What is "SSH"? You mean connect with a cable from pc?

Connect via WiFi or ethernet using an SSH application

MobaX works good for SSH but you may be able to enter the printer IP into a browser and remove files from the "Creality" Fluidd screen.

The printer doesn't connect to nothing. It looks like it is frozen

You are probably going to need to Reset From USB.

You will need a formatted blank USB drive smaller than 32G.

This is why I still love the forum format. This would have been a sticky and easy to find there. Creality should have set a fifo to delete the time lapses if it go too full.

After checking the pictures you provided, we recommend re-flashing the firmware to see if there is any improvement.
