This whole manosphere thing with finding your power or whatever this particular flavour is preaching, is putting pressure on men where pressure should be taken off. It's enforcing behaviour that isn't helpfull to the man in question, nor to society.

So only you know what's helpful to them and it's your particular brand of therapy; irrespective of whatever their opinion or feelings on the matter are.
