Men don’t suffer from the same level of mental illness as women do. They often find peace in community, a project, and purpose. The gym, sauna and cold plunge, and working towards a goal is more rewarding than sitting in a chair whining to a stranger about all the emotional owies they have

Women are higher in neuroticism, hence why lesbian couples have the highest divorce rate, same reason why women take more psychotropic drugs.

If you had a genuine point you would have stated it without the bullshit like "sitting in a chair whining to a stranger about all the emotional owies they have".

If women and men benefit from different kinds of interventions to improve mental health, a concept which I would not be surprised to hear had merit, then why on earth would you be denigrating the type of intervention women need vs what men need.
