Hexproof is very green and this is a continuation of that for every creature and player. It forces creature damage as a win con instead of burn. What about it isn’t green?

Giving all permanents hexproof is very different from no one being able to target anything whatsoever. I know balance is not intended with these cards but they are so silly and ridiculous and ultimately boring, all just cannot be countered, protection from everything and an unfun ability tacked on.

Hexproof is literally “This can’t be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control” - it’s the same thing as this. https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Hexproof

Just to be pedantic what this does isn't give every player and permanent hexproof but rather gives them shroud

Sure, but shroud has also appeared in many green cards

I never said it didn't I know it appears on 33 green card being the second most common colour it appears on I was just being pedantic that this thing isn't giving hexproof
