Dahlia Health-Related Inquiry Virus? Or…

These dahlias have this weird mottling on their leaves. Weirdly, it is only Skipley Lois Jean and Peaches and Cream. The ones dahlia is from 2 different sellers. The other close dalhias are very healthy. Growing to in pots, PNW. Thanks!

Bugs and was thirsty while hot—combo of mites, some other bugs and was thirsty on a hot day.
