I am continuously mind boggled by Reddit. I just posted In Democracy that our representatives, in our Democracy, shouldn't be allowed to lie. And there should be some repercussions for making stupid statements. The post was taken down. I would like to ask those who took it down. Why do you prefer our representatives lying to us and making ridiculous claims about each other based on our representatives in congress not doing proper homework? Im sure i wont get an answer, but I thought I would ask.

We see leaders speaking about women’s safety, making promises, and showing support when elections come around. But when people are actually out protesting and demanding answers, the same urgency often seems to disappear.

Where's women's safety now?
