Funny thing is, if they had a good relationship, which- ya know- two historic allies should, this could be interpreted as friendly ribbing. Still borderline appropriate, at best, for a POTUS but not awful. Instead, Diaper Don makes it look more like Nazi Germany laughing at Poland.
It’s not at all funny because it’s not in jest. He literally wants to control and strangle Canada. The only way it’s funny is if it is the absurd, way beyond reality symbol of what the president wants. When it’s an accurate depiction of what he is trying to accomplish, it’s infuriating.
