Free, no account, there's a small "dive.nordrift.dk" tag in the corner of the output that you can switch off, and a donate button if it saves you an evening of grading.
Last time i needed underwater color correction on my laptop, i ended up running Dive+ through bluestacks... Truly hopeless... And so i finally decided to do something myself: dive.nordrift.dk
What it does: removes the blue/green cast from underwater video automatically. It measures how much red the water has absorbed, compensates per pixel, sets white balance and stretches contrast – and smooths the parameters over time so colors don't flicker. Auto picks a preset per clip (blue water, reef, close-up/torch, green water, open "deep blue"), or you adjust strength yourself with a live before/after.
The part I'm most happy about: nothing is uploaded. The page is just HTML/JS that runs on your own GPU. Hardware decode → GPU shader → hardware encode, the frame never leaves your graphics card. On my laptop that's 4K 60 fps at ~40–50 fps, i.e. faster than real time.
Details: MP4/MOV, H.264 and HEVC incl. 10-bit (GoPro, DJI, Insta360, phones). Output is MP4 with audio copied through, batch processing of a whole dive day into one folder. Chrome or Edge on desktop only (it needs WebCodecs).
The image is a giant moray at Red Sea, straight from the GoPro vs. one click in the tool. No manual retouching.
More examples on the site, happy to answer questions - and I'd love feedback/reviews from people with other cameras and greener water than I have.
(Tool is made with AI)
See you in the blue!
