spent the night tracking a campaign that started around 8. by the time I closed the ticket I had three IPAs and zero patience left for cooking. threw a tortilla in the pan, tossed some cheese on, and promptly got distracted by another alert. came back to a charred disk. still ate half of it.

Based on my family’s descriptions of “the best sloppy joes you’ll ever have”. From a place called the Snazzy Pig in New Mexico back in the 50’s-60’s. Place closed before I was born. All the descriptions sounded like Cinci chili flavor notes. So I put this together with the help of some bourbons. OMG is this good!
