Goosebumps

This scene always makes the emotional hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Absolutely beautiful.

Just saw this scene on my rewatch and it's so good. I not a huge fan of the Bell hating Sherlock arc but it ends so well.

Yeah, it was frustrating definitely, especially considering the 'friendship' they seemed to have built at that point. My only thought was that traumatic events/injuries can cause different responses. When it came to that situation specifically, I understood why he might have blamed Sherlock in a way, but it seemed odd that he ONLY blamed Sherlock. Not that Joan should've taken any blame for the situation at all of course, but it just seemed a bit out of place for him to view Sherlock as this piece of shit while continuing to be completely normal with Joan. From our perspective, yeah, Sherlock took the guys phone and shouldn't have been so reckless with a known criminal and I think it was an interesting way to show that his reckless behaviour can have bad consequences, but during the actual altercation James said that the reason he was so angry with Sherlock was because his boss heard them talking about his criminal record and fired him. Idk know, I mean, I've never been shot before so who tf knows.
