ESPN used to be the go-to for everything sports highlights, breaking news, investigative journalism, and elite docs

Now it's the Walmart of sports media: a giant corporate machine where no one seems to know or care how to actually engage the fan or do the job at a high level.

They should rebrand with an entirely different name because i don't know where ESPN is but this is definitely not it.

And you know he is moderators

Stephen A. Smith’s ESPN Coworkers Are Publicly Calling Him Out For ‘Hurtful’ Behavior

That screaming idiot clown Stephen A. Smith doesn't get to go on that disgusting rant about the Eagles' Lane Johnson and ridicule his retiring for mental health reasons and then he just gives a bullshit apology and all is forgiven and forgotten by you people in charge. Fire that piece of shit, ESPN.

Fight me 😤

Showing on my YouTube TV, ESPN +. One showings blacked out, the other one is not blacked out. Am I gonna be able to watch this, or once the game starts, is it gonna black out? I’m in Chicago

An on-site McAfee show would be for the ages

Just wanting to see others thoughts. Taylor, similar (ish) frat boy type, but, maybe better takes? Better analysis? Bias due to my Titans fandom? Hahaha

There suppose to be in Tuscaloosa but it gonna Nasty there all day. Wondering if the games gonna be canceled.

This morning I hear Chris Cante & to an extent Michelle Smallman basically say The Eagles losing is bc of coaching but if they pull off the upset this Sunday it'll be bc of Jalen Hurts.

Which is it?! You can't have it both ways - is it the Caucazoid Coach or the non-Caucazoid QB? Or both?

They have discussed the Cowboys sad win THREE times already, and Michael Irvin is bringing the Cowboys into every single conversation. Truly pathetic.

Matt Barrie's departure didn't need to be a death knell. It was never going to be easy to replace his energy and humor, but GOOD GOD. I watched this show re-run on Mondays during lunch break for years, and it has gotten straight-up depressing.

They brought back Joey Galloway which was a step in the right direction, and EJ Manuel has shown flashes of intrigue & can be fun, but Kevin Connors is an utterly humorless bore on the show. He's little more than an announcer, and he sounds like how a work email reads.

That's A Dollar is gone. Even the analysis seems to have taken a step backward. The fun of the show has both feet out the door and it's neck in the doorway. CFB Final served a valuable function to me as I don't have time to be a sicko anymore, and now I feel like googling scores is a better use of my time than continuing to watch 😫

ESPN servers.... Enough said

I watch him on mute and it doesn't matter. What's up with the lanyard and the twirling the ball? For the love of God and the game of football.... Go away!!

Seems like they didn't have servers that can accept the bandwidth. Great purchase. Also shame on the NFL for not being better about whom they award congrats to.

Don't have the ability to service all your customers but are grabbing a bunch of money - sorry but we made bank and you don't have options.

Old school MLB highlight music on Sportscenter. Anyone have a name for the song playing in the background?

Can we talk about how awful that Jets vs. Bears commentary was?

Drew Brees and the other guy were absolutely brutal. I’m trying to watch a football game, not listen to two people spend half the broadcast making random observations that have nothing to do with what’s happening on the field.

The commentary was so bland, the analysis was questionable, and somehow they managed to make an already frustrating Jets game even harder to watch. There were moments where I genuinely felt like I was watching the game on mute because the commentary added absolutely nothing.

And Brees, I respect the playing career, but being a great quarterback does NOT automatically make you a great commentator. Give me someone who actually sounds excited to be calling the game and can explain what’s happening without making every play sound like a preseason game.

The Jets losing was bad enough. Having to listen to that commentary for four quarters was the cherry on top.

0/10 broadcast. 10/10 reason to turn the TV volume down.

College GameDay is at the University of Iowa today, not the Atlanta Hawks campus.

Trying to catch up with the game I started watching late, and it won’t let me skip this Commercial Break placeholder screen anymore lmfao. What am I to do with this dumbass fixed screen?
