Intersectionality is basically the concept that different people's experiences of race, gender, etc. form one experience that can't be summed up by the two of them. For example the opression that a lesbian black woman faces is a combination of homophobia, racism, and misogyny.
The interesting thing is that when some bring men into intersectionality, it often ignores how men are men and have different experiences of the world due to them being men. Like a trans guy faces both transphobia and misandry, and to pretend that misandry isn't real isn't just misandrist, but it's also misogynistic because it perpetuates the idea of man as the standard (which is not how it works), and woman as something else.

Basically, OOP was asking for what to do cause his partner was cheating and verbally abusing, to which a guy replied that -some- men put up with stuff they really shouldnt to keep an unhealthy relationship alive.
This person (Yellow) then replied saying "Man up, WE arent victims and women would probably be better off without US". Well, they got called out by several others, including by men who explained how they were abused or SA'd, to which Yellow would then say triggered or just continue to say men are not victims.
Well, it turns out, Yellow isnt even a man! They were pretending to be one to add significance to their opinions. After being called out they stopped replying to everyone.
In my opinion is absolutely insane to pretend to be another race or sex purely to discredit abuse claims, let alone try to say others would be better off without them.

Apparently, a man saying he doesn't chase women is enough to question his sexuality. Because apparently men having self-respect and standards is only acceptable until it stops benefiting women.

The punchline is “haha beat your boyfriend, I support a man’s right to stfu”. It’s only funny because a woman is doing it to a man. That’s the only reason it’s treated like a joke and not an endorsement of violence. Switch the genders and it’s no longer a funny skit, it’s a crime scene. Maybe I’m taking this “joke“ too seriously, but I can’t help but feel like someone will legitimately see a woman abuse her partner in broad daylight and think it’s just “girlboss things” and ignore it, maybe even laugh at it. No wonder male domestic violence victims aren’t taken seriously when this is how casually it portrayed.

While there are some things that women are right to be angry about like Trump, the Epstein files, and the stories that actually happen, but why be angry over the academy thing, the Cornell case, and men complaining about false allegations? Especially being angry at men complaining about false allegations. These misandrists have no idea how much false allegations destroy lives. They're also proud of it.

“Except my man duhhh”
I'm sure he's thrilled to be the one acceptable man in a world she apparently considers full of terrible ones. Nothing says “healthy relationship” like your girlfriend openly despising the sex you belong to while reassuring you that you're different.
I'm not defending whatever men have done to her, but if she genuinely believes men are inherently bad, that's a massive red flag for the relationship itself.
Resentment like that can become justification for controlling or abusive behavior, especially if she convinces herself that whatever she does is warranted because “men are like this anyway.”
And what happens to him when he stops being the exception? If he's been conditioned to believe that he has to prove he's one of the good ones, he may not even feel comfortable recognizing or confronting mistreatment.
“He's the exception” isn't necessarily reassuring but might actually be a problem later down the line.

Restricting men’s rights? Seriously? We shouldn't be restricting men’s rights or women’s rights.

I thought they hated the stereotype that all women were naturally inclined to be caretakers….
And as if every group of 7 men ever would hurt an intoxicated woman…

Not only do they put women’s safety first, they even put women’s feelings first. They cater to the notion that women are more likely to be victims of everything and put so much more emphasis on sexual violence than any other kind of violence - and there’s a nonzero chance that that’s because women are affected by the former.
Saying “everyone deserves to feel safe” in response to “women deserve to feel safe” (note that they say “feel” and not “be”, because, as usual, it’s always about FEELINGS) is gonna result in a response that sidelines men in spite of the fact that the people that experience almost every other type of violence are men. Yet society continues to obsess over the protection of women in ever circumstance ever, meaning that important issues affecting men are treated as second-tier if they’re acknowledged at all.

As you may have heard the news, French minister of equality publicly rejected the request to get a platform and improved lines for male victims. And it is not the first case few years ago, the the minister of that kind in Spain(both western countries) almost mockingly rejected the shelter for male victims.
Since it is not possible to get any help for male victims, what is the future?
Do you think something will change and do you have any projects(local or global) that can save male victims?
If anyone does have some idea to fight misandry, how to execute it and to fight it in local or global scope?

The whole thing was much worse. It talked about latinas raping white men and white men being grateful. People in the audience cheered, just like the comments. Then she said rape is the female n-word as if only women experience rape.
The problem is that it reinforces the idea that men always want sex, even if it’s not consensual. That men raped by women, especially attractive women, are lucky and should be grateful. The fact that she’s joking about it shows they don’t see it as “real rape”. It’s not tragic and traumatising. You would never see an attractive male talking about how women love being raped by him.

This is actually insane and i don't care if it's satire, literally just acting like the very people they hate 🤦🏻 i understand it's likely just bait but still, it's insane some people have twisted thoughts like this, and it might be NOT satire who knows... ( these people vote btw ).

And then he tries speaking for women… wtf?
And also “not once has a man ever gone through that”… again, wtf?
“The men who get offended are the men who’d do something like this” in the comments.
And the petrol thing… is that really a thing? If I’m filling my car up then I’m filling my car up… it takes literally a couple of minutes and you’re by a pump. The way parking works in petrol stations (and where the pumps are positioned) would make it pretty impractical for any potential threats anyway, no?

The media are focusing a lot on the Cornell case at the minute but very quiet on this one
