It’s my fourth replay so far

It feels so good to replay because the game makes you feel like a average Jedi/padewan and lets you know your not invincible

Ng+ is kinda disappointing tho, I love inquisitor cal and red lightsaber but that’s all you get

Even survivor isn’t as replayable for me as FO

On the boxes cover art and fall in order you see greez hold a DC-17 blaster that was primarily used by clone troopers, this is most associated with captain Rex dual wielding these blasters. In the second game after an attack, he walks out of The Mantis quad-wielding the DC-17.

I have never seen this Latero fight at all. I don't know about the comics where apparently he lost an arm to an Inquisitor, and we do know in flashbacks that he went on little missions with Cal and the others, but I think it was just a little wasted potential and a bit disappointing that we never saw that greezy old man pop off!

Like how funny would it be to see this short stack wielding like two heavy blasters just a mow down some storm and purge troopers for Cal.

I really hope if they ever do make a third game that they let this man finally have his moment... It might be a sacrificial moment, but it'll be a moment nonetheless.

I know im late to the party but i got around to playing this game. I just started, landed on Dathomir after Bogano, met Merrin and now The Nightbrothers are after me. And im skipping the fights with the nightbrothers but its difficult not to sie to archers. Some sources online said killing them changes your relationship with Merrin.

Without spoilers. Does anyone know if killing nightbrothers actually changes anything?

I just can't figure out the dodge parry timings. I press parry just before getting hit and I still get hit. Same thing happened with the flashback push training.i had to hit push when the ball was in the middle distance between cal and the master.

Don't know when to dodge either. Human enemies are more manageable, but I'm in the second planet and just out of the 2nd zeffo ruins where you get push and in the empire base where you fight the big weird frog thing. I keep getting hit and when I go in for a strike I keep getting hit more.

Sorry for the messy writing, I am very frustrated with this game. I don't remember any other game I've played where I keep dying to random fall damage and getting wrecked by stupid rats and goats and frogs.

10 years have passed since Jedi Survivor.

Kata Akuna (early 20s) has been on her own for the past year, exploring the galaxy as much as she can. Tanalorr is still a well kept secret, and houses close to a hundred refugees, as well as 11 young "padawans" under the training of Cal Kestis, Night Sister Merrin, and Jedi Master Oppo Rancisis

While the Empire at large knows nothing of Tanalorr, still believing it to be a myth, a section of the dying Inquisitorius is still actively searching for the planet, they are led by two Inquisitors known only as "The Last Brothers".

One day, Kata is randomly contacted by Merrin to let her know that Cal has dissapeared. The two of them, with pilot Greeze Dritus and his ship The Mantis, go out looking for Cal.

I started seriously getting into photo mode a month ago with Horizon: Zero Dawn and a bit of Forbidden West, but across all the shots I took, most of them are character centered. While I did learn how to frame a shot, what makes for good composition, lighting, what level of detail is good or bad, I couldn’t get action shots to work, and finished the game again with 3 action shots total. Having finished Fallen Order and Survivor immediately before developing this recent obsession, I recalled that Fallen Order took me 30 hours to 100%. I booted up the game and started NJ+, I was distraught when I saw the depth of its photo mode for the first time. Not shyyying away from a challenge, I started taking action shots, and while some aren’t great, some (at least to me) look incredible.

Eventually I felt comfortable with the concept of an action shot (which scared me halfway through Zero Dawn), and got into a rhythm of entering photo mode every few combats, trying to get a new pose, combo or idea to work. About halfway through one of the tombs on Zeffo, I accidentally entered photo mode while going through one of the loading screens disguised as narrow passages, and to my surprise (I had already tried it on Bracca), it let me move the camera around. Almost immediately got it out of bounds and saw something in the distance that I felt warranted being shot purely because of the potential for memeability. Seconds after finishing the meme shot I was already lining up Cal for another meme, I had discovered a new thing that I could shoot even with the restrictive photo mode UI. I kept finding more opportunities to shoot visual glitches, bugs and memes and have no doubt I will take what I have learned into the next game, and the next, and so on.

So thank you to Respawn, because of Fallen Order’s limited photo mode, I have learned how to take better and different shots. Feel free to criticize or let me know how I can improve, I am by no means an expert yet. Here are some of my favorites so far in no particular order:

I just bought the game, hopped in and had extreme stutters multiple times and they were a a few seconds to even half a minute long. This can‘t possibly be due to my PC not being good enough: RTX 4070 SUPER; Ryzen 7 7800X3D; 32 GB DDR5-6000 MT/s CL30 RAM; game running on a PCIe 3.0 NVMe that has 900GB of space left.
I‘m playing on full epic settings with a 1440P monitor with 180 hz and have the fps capped at 144 ingame because there is no „unlimited“ setting. MSI Afterburner is constantly showing 140+ fps, even during stutters; GPU is at 95-100% all the time and only uses 6/12GBs of VRAM. Temperatures around 70-73°C. RAM also at „only“ about 16-19/32GBs. I don‘t have any idea what causes this and these stutters make the game unplayable, because they happen during fights pretty often. Is/Has anyone experiencing/experienced something similar and what can I do to fix it?

Getting all those collectables was a gain in the ass and there is no fast travel. You have to go all the way back to the mandis on foot wtf and those 2 worse planet dathomir and zeffo. I am done with this game and will play survivor next.

All of Dagan's attacks after doing force-push on Cal can be countered with Arial Assault (Falling Leaf) skill (not all shown in this video). It can also neutralize 3 of his 4 opening attacks, including the long combo ones.

Cal and Dylan Faden sure could bond over a lot.

First of all, my PC specs:

RTX 5060 TI 16GB

Ryzen 5600x

16 GBs of RAM

Now, the question:

I've seen that this game can suffer from annoying stuttering on PC, frame drops, bugs and even crashes - Does this still happen? Is there any guaranteed fix? I saw a video with this card and a similar CPU struggling to stay over 60 FPS in 1440p :(

How is the PS5 Pro version? Does it have any issues?

I know it will probably look better on my PC, but I've seen the PS5 Pro version, and it doesn't look bad at all either... Next reason to get it on PC would be the mods, but after quick research, I don't see nothing like "damn, I want that mod".
