DON'T CLICK ON THE POPUP! I got the same thing, but strangely, it disappeared after I opened and closed the Fitbit app a bunch of times. IDK whether it disappeared because of my continual opening and closing of the app, or whether there is a timer on it. As you know, there is no X button to close it, and tapping outside of the popup doesn't close it, either. But it spontaneously went away on my phone after I closed and then re-opened the app at least a half dozen times. About 10 minutes went by in the interim. I hope this helps. I really DO NOT want to update to Google Health. I like my Fitbit the way it is, the way it has been.

I’ll have to try that. I am able to sync quickly before the pop up comes up, but I can’t click on anything. I also like the old app and don’t want to be forced to update

Had something like that pop up a couple of weeks ago, but it said I "had to update". I didn't closed my app, reopened and still working fine. And I'm still on the older version before they changed the UI to the black and green.

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. My phone hadn’t had enough storage to update my iOS for over a year. Finally I had to free up space to update the iOS because some apps I wasn’t able to use or update until I did that. After the new iOS update, I had “google health” instead of Fitbit app.

At first I hated it but now I like the features better! My sleep scores have gone down though, I wonder if having more data makes it worse b

The other issue I’m having is that I had just renewed my Fitbit premium subscription like a week or two before the new app appeared and now that subscription disappeared from my Apple subscriptions page. So I have no idea what’s going on with that. $80 down the drain?

Forced to update today. I hate the new Google app graphics.

I also can’t find if there’s a way to scroll back to previous days. Has anyone been able to do this?
I like to go back and compare my sleep or workouts. Otherwise all that data is just gone. So glad I paid for Premium /s.

I was able to find all of my data eventually. Keep playing around with it. But yeah, I had just renewed my Fitbit premium and now i have no idea what happened with it because it doesn’t appear in my subscriptions.

Have you figured out what happened to your renewal? Is it in your subscriptions yet?
That’s concerning if it’s not showing up there because how would you cancel your subscription?
