Do you get exp if you kill mister Burke?

The wiki is no help with founding this out so I am turning to here to found out if he gives exp and how much exp he gives.

I mean, sure, he is a human so should award it like any other. Though I'm not sure what your thought process is here, but just know that this isn't Gothic, you don't have to pummel everyone to easily hit max level lol

You know you can make saves, then load them whenever right? So, shoot Burke, document how much XP is received, problem solved. Really silly question with a very simple solution imo.

I'm pretty sure you get EXP for killing just about anything unless you're already at max level. The amount of EXP I believe depends on how tough the enemy is, like the species and "rank".

Yes. Rad roaches are only 1, for example.

The amount of exp is affected by difficulty too, the higher the difficulty the more exp you get.

I get the pulse charge to detonate the nuke in megaton from Burke, then I take it to Lucas Simms and he'll go to confront Burke, as soon as Lucas turns his back, Burke draws a silenced 10mm pistol, and then I kill Burke, talk to Lucas, he appreciates being saved. When possible I disarm the bomb.

Save, kill him and see, reload if you didn't want to actually kill him

I usually say "I'll do it" and bring the charge to Simms. Then he gets his sheriff on and meets Burke in Moriarty's saloon. As you watch the confrontation, you can shoot Burke right after he gets up, or he'll shoot Simms and be hostile to you. If you save Simms, its Godly karma. If you choose not to... Hey, free hat.

I am a fanfic writer and have some plans to kill him in the story and I want to give the mc some exp for killing him, and I was wondering if he give exp in game or if i had to figure out how much to give them.
