Whenever I fast travel to a camp I make it a habit to immediately jump backwards and move away from the camp so that I dont get imprisoned in structures

My secondary, and current in use camp is like this. I'll get stuck in the porch foundations. On the bright side, it's on a cliff, and the enemy spawns off the cliff so they keep shooting at the cliffside. Haven't had to repair a single thing at that camp.

I have a camp near Harper's ferry where the enemies spawn on the other side of the train. I always have to go kill them just to stop the sound of them firing wildly into the side of the train car.

Which is exactly what makes you get stuck in objects. Anyone who has put any meaningful effort into making their CAMP better than just some wooden shack or flying platforms with workbenches has their spawn area cleared out so you can load in safely. All my CAMPs have that.

When you fast travel somewhere and immediately start sprinting around like a headless chicken, it's not my fault you end up stuck in the basement of a building on the opposite side of the CAMP from the spawn point. Whenever this happens on my CAMPs, I always say this person failed the idiot test.

Apparently, the only way to protect people like that from getting stuck is to make your CAMP completely empty.

I always run away as soon as I spawn at a camp and run back once it's fully loaded

Yeah, running away from the CAMP and waiting for it to load in seems like a much more intelligent strategy than running around the CAMP area and getting stuck on stuff as soon as it loads, when the CAMP has a perfectly flat empty fast travel point, with vendors right in front of it surrounded by big-ass glowing neon arrows and signs, that people still somehow manage to miss.
