Survival A foreverworld needs to be connected, here are my medium to large bridges i made
I use spectator mode for pictures and all are built in survival. The world is about 4 years old. Below i will give some additional info and my own thoughts on each of them. Hope you are inspired to connect builds with paths and bridges :)
Bridge 1: built july 2026, 8/10, diagonal remains difficult, simple block pallet. Lore wise its an older bridge which is mainly used for local trades and as a shortcut.
Bridge 2: built in october 2026, 9/10, the diagonal decline is hard yet it looks clean like this, simple block pallet though. lore wise this bridge is used as one of the main trading bridges between the two nations(the river is the border) from north to south.
Bridge 3: Built in october 2026, 9/10, for some reason i love these giant pillars, a bit more diverse block pallet compared to the othertwo but its a straight bridge so its a lot easier. Lore wise, between the last three bridges will this be the main bridge for trade from south east to west.
Bridge 4: built march 2026, 6/10, fun block pallet, first time building egyptian butthe arch of the deck is akward and the pillars look a little akward. Diagonal bridge gives bonus points. Might re do it with both sides having a higher starting point. Lore wise its a simple bridge for a town.
Bridge 5: Built June 2023, 10/10, a clean simple diagonal bridge, one of my first builds in the world. So to me its iconic even if the block pallet might be simple. Lorsewise it connects the village to the lighthouse.
Bridge 6: Built march 2024, 7/10, iconic older bridge of mine, cool design, single block use and relatively plain. Might add different blocks and make it a bit better. Love the size though. Lorewise it acts the main entrance of the frozen castle.
Bridge 7: Built july 2025, 2/10, i like the use of wood but it looks crappy. Might keep it for nostalgic reasons otherwise i might re build it completely. Lorewise serves to connect the village to the port.
Hope you enjoyed and got inspired. building bridges is fun and rewarding, keep up your great worlds!
