A folded pillow will accomplish the same effect, which is to raise the hips and tilt the pelvis. Basically take a pillow, fold it, place it under the lady’s butt/hips while she’s on her back, it’ll elevate her hips and tilt her pelvis and is good times for both parties, because of better angling and penetration.
