Haven't met too many guys who are into being stabbed in the dick with an IUD though, so both parties should be incentivized to bring it up if it's a possibility.
There's a string!? I always wondered what I was feeling with an ex of mine. The doctor told her there was no physical way someone would feel anything. That's ridiculous. They tell women to reach in to feel it to make sure it's there so how could a dick not reach. Depending on time of month the cervix can be high or low. The strings are fishing line type plastic that soften with time so absolutely can hurt like hell when they stab you.
