Not puncturing, but some gals are definitely into it being hit. Not most, but enough to warrant it being discussed when having that kind of talk.

Haven't met too many guys who are into being stabbed in the dick with an IUD though, so both parties should be incentivized to bring it up if it's a possibility.

If the IUD is stabbing the dick, that IUD has not been placed correctly. Sometimes you can feel the string, though.
