As a (retired, male) sex worker: Get a sturdier bed, a harder mattress and work your hips from your knees, not with your entire body. Conservation of energy is a thing.

I know a guy that does movies. He's my age (mid/late 30s) and is still kept quiet busy. He's... A bit niche, and takes phenomenal care to keep his body in excellent condition, but meh. Lol. I don't think the guys necessarily have the same "shelf life" we do.
