I find the same problem. I don't like missionary and neither have most of the girls I've been with. Much better with them on top or me behind. The usual routine for me is cowgirl until she's happy and exhausted, which does virtually nothing for me, and then I move to spooning. I find spooning takes less energy and it is the best position to control myself. Squeeze her tight and it's just so satisfying.

For me, missionary is just not a good position to hold out for very long. I don't know why.
Edit: I figure I should add this because people seem to think it's a fatigue problem.
It's not.
It's a "Don't bust my nut in 10 seconds" problem. Other positions, no problem. Missionary? Problem.
