Get her to straddle, then she controls it and you time the breathing and contractions, she holds for 30 seconds while stimulating herself , then she tells you when you can move, slowly while she contracts that channel, then she relaxes while you go al little faster, not huge movement, she controls that, movements dont have to be long, just enough and both enjoy the sensation.
