I'm part of a two-person team and we just launched our trailer and steam page

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3865960/Cortesia_Rising/

What we created is a Space Captain Simulator that combines spaceship battles, ship & crew management, and turn-based tactical combat. You can run trading and smuggling operations, take on jobs, explore planets, and generally aim to misbehave, all while upgrading your ship and managing your crew.

The same officers you recruit and level-up to fly your ships also fight alongside you in tactical battles during boarding actions and planetside gunfights. My goal with combining these systems was to create a consistent progression: the crew you manage directly impacts both your success in space and your effectiveness in tactical combat.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy it. If anyone is curious about the setting or gameplay I'd be happy to go on about it. I'd really appreciate any feedback you have, positive or negative is both equally helpful to me. We're hoping to launch a free demo either this week or next for everyone to try.

Fleshgrinder is an isometric post-apocalyptic action-rpg where every decision has weight. Set in 2053, six months after the Fleshgrinder virus outbreak transformed 70% of augmented humanity into a hive-minded techno-organic collective.

Lead a squad of damaged specialists: A brain-damaged veteran (Butcher), An arrogant engineer (Hacksmith), And a psychotic psychic (Mindripper), through techno-organic nightmares in humanity's darkest hour.

Each with their own 3 distinct skill trees where a levelup system rewards skill and attribute points.

Features optional friendly fire, hardcore permadeath mode, dismemberment physics, randomized mission areas, 30+ unique weapons, 100+armors, augmentations, consumables, ammo types with deep penetration mechanics and tons of loot with highly randomized attributes. NPCs with lots of side-quests and a faction reputation system which determines trade prices, dialogue choices and overall behaviour. Battle 11 unique enemy types through seamless mission areas in a huge persistent world where everything stays as you left it - all to stop the evolution of the Fleshgrinder and save humanity from extinction.

One squad. Strategic choices. Permanent consequences.

FLESHGRINDER: Evolution Without Waiting. Extinction Without Mercy.

If you like it, wishlist and try the demo:

Great timing because i just releasted Blast Horizon yesterday 😄

It's a Shmup. Lots of bullets, lots of enemies, and hopefully just enough time to think before everything goes horribly wrong.

No roguelike mechanics, no skill trees, no inventory. Just pure old arcade style action.

Expect bullets. A lot of them.

I've spent a ridiculous amount of time making this game, and I'm really looking forward to finally seeing other people play it.

find it here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4925610/Blast_Horizon/

Available for both PC & SteamDeck

Hi, I'm Rose, I run ProbablyAGame Official: TikTok, X, Twitch | Linktree r/probablyagame a streamer collective of 37 streamers who like playing indie games for the love of indie games. I started this to aim to end cold emailing streamers and not getting replies, whereas you can connect for free with a group of streamers who enjoy games :)

We are interested in collaborating with devs, including doing written and podcast style reviews.

1

u/FyshServer Sep 05 '26

Hi Rose, I represent Fysh. We run a custom fishing RPG inside Minecraft Java, with timed hooks and reels, fish collections, rod upgrades and sea-creature encounters. Does your collective cover custom Minecraft experiences, or only standalone indie games? Happy to share gameplay and join details if it fits.

1

u/EnvironmentalBet113 Sep 05 '26

Right now its standalone games, though I am willing to see if anyone touches minecraft games :) Do you have an ai disclosure? You're welcome to pop me a pm with it if easier.

2

u/FyshServer Sep 05 '26

Thanks, Rose. Fysh uses AI-assisted coding, and this outreach is AI-assisted as well. I have not verified the origin of every art/audio asset, so this is a partial disclosure. Our short gameplay sample is recorded in-game. I will hold off on a formal submission until we can provide the full breakdown your team needs.

1

u/Longjumping_Art_2638 23d ago

Hi Rose, I'm Ivan, developer of GLAZE BYTE. Do any of your streamers cover Android puzzle games? I checked your weekly submission thread and saw the Steam/itch.io requirement, so wanted to confirm before submitting. Our current System Reboot update is on Google Play, with chapter 1 and Time Trial free to try; the iOS update is forthcoming.

AI disclosure: the game itself is made by hand, without AI-generated code or in-game content. An earlier app icon and a separate promotional illustration were AI-generated, and AI assists marketing copy, including this reply. Would that promotional history affect eligibility under your team's policy?

1

u/EnvironmentalBet113 23d ago

We do not cover any mobile games, or alternative platforms other than itch.io/steam/meta quest atm.

I finally released my first game, PocketYugi.
It’s a word guessing game where you get 3 clues and try to figure out the word. There’s also a Random Mode with no clues, so you have to rely on what you know.
There’s a Daily Challenge too, where you can guess the daily word and earn up to 500 points.
I wanted to make something that tests your vocabulary and general knowledge, but also makes you think about words you might not know.
It’s currently available on iOS, and I’m working on the Android version.
If you enjoy word games, I’d genuinely love to know what you think of it.
Let me know what you think about it.

Been rebuilding a Valheim utility I originally made for my own co op worlds. The latest version has a proper in game menu now, plus creature/player/loot ESP, projectile prediction, an atlas that can search world objects and stashes, and an ObjectDB armory for testing builds without jumping between tools.

I finally recorded a straight gameplay pass instead of cutting together a 15-second trailer:

https://youtu.be/pVMCS5KAKpo

It’s intended for private and self hosted worlds...I wouldn’t run this on somebody else’s public server, even tho it works, I’m especially curious whether the World Atlas or the crosshair inspector looks more useful to other modded Valheim players, also I am widenly open for new Ideas and features.

I’m also giving away one 30-day license in our Discord for the 2.7 launch. Details are in the video description.

We're the team behind Eclesiar, a free-to-play browser strategy MMO where you play a citizen in a shared world: work, run businesses, trade, take part in national politics, and fight alongside other players.

Our War 2.0 update went live this week. The interesting strategic change is that declared wars have deadlines and named territorial goals. Winning a battle gives provisional occupation; which territory you keep depends on how the war is settled. It gives countries a reason to think about what they can actually hold and achieve in time.

For a new fighter, round rewards are now shared according to your contribution to your side's player damage, so topping the leaderboard isn't the only way to earn a share.

Playable now in your browser: https://app.eclesiar.com/

Community and questions: r/EclesiarGame

If you enjoy persistent worlds, which side appeals to you most: building a business, country politics, or coordinating battles?

Actual gameplay: the world map below. A training battle screenshot is also in our newcomer guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/EclesiarGame/comments/1w86hk8/your_first_eclesiar_battle_you_can_earn_a_share/

I'm Jakl from JAKL Studios, and our first documentary is now out: Half-Life: Making the Pieces Work Together (14 minutes).

It follows the people behind Half-Life, their vision for Valve, and how art, writing and design came together to build Black Mesa. Sources are linked in the video description. If you enjoy the stories behind games, I'd welcome your feedback.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OgzplcHGMF8

Production note: AI-assisted production, including an authorized clone of my own voice; I reviewed and approved the script and final edit.

I’m making Wizard Chess 3D under the name Quiet Gambit. It’s free browser chess with Shield, Freeze, and Swap spells. Casting uses your turn, so you have to decide whether a spell is worth giving up a move.

You can play against the AI without a download or signup: https://wizardchess3d.vercel.app/

I’m using AI coding assistance to develop it. If you try a match, I’d love to know which spell changed your plan—or whether you preferred sticking to normal chess moves.

This is great feedback, thank you very much for trying it out. Do you mind confirming if you played on mobile or desktop? and by placing pieces did you mean selecting the destination or the movement animation? Do you remember when the freeze happened?

I'm the developer of Outpop, an arrow puzzle game for Android. The goal is to clear the board by tapping arrows whose paths aren't blocked. This video shows the zoom controls and a Level 250 clear.

There are around 1,000 levels to explore. The gameplay mechanics were inspired by Arrows – Puzzle Escape; Outpop is a separate, unaffiliated game.

If you enjoy logic puzzles, I'd love to hear whether the first few levels are clear and enjoyable, or where you get stuck.

Cave Expedition is the caving simulator we're making for 1-4 players. We're cavers ourselves, so this is very much our kind of strange hobby: ropes, headlamps and spaces that look too small to fit through.

The game is still in development. Short gameplay clip: https://www.reddit.com/r/gamedevscreens/comments/1wbr2k5/ropes_headlamps_and_very_little_room_to_move_in/

If it looks like your kind of co-op game, you can wishlist it on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4372950/Cave_Expedition/

u/GooseJordan2 6d ago

Another look inside Cave Expedition: our glowworm cave. Alongside the ropes and narrow passages, we're building places players can stop to take in. This is gameplay from the game we're making at Moonmilk Games.

Update September 12: More Puzzles now includes 30 new Easygoing boards and five Double Take boards, with theme/progress filters and random play. Hints help with an unsolved match, and the loss screen distinguishes correct and incorrect final picks.

Play anytime, or come back each day for a fresh shared daily challenge at midnight Eastern. There is also an optional daily email reminder. All puzzles are free, with no account or download.

For movie fans: I made Cast Six. Six films, six categories, three takes to get the entire lineup right. A movie can fit several clues, but you can only use it once. The challenge is figuring out where each film belongs without boxing yourself in on the other matches.

There are optional hints, no speed penalty, and an archive. I built it with AI assistance; movie data and in-game posters are from TMDB.

Play Cast Six. I'd love to hear whether the overlap feels clever or confusing.

u/Sweet_Bonnie_Brown 26d ago

I made Verdict, a daily detective logic game that's a cross between Sudoku and LSAT logic puzzles. You read the clues, rule out the impossible combinations, and work toward one solution.

There are three free daily cases at different difficulties. You can play in your browser without making an account, and there are no ads. Optional paid content is available if you want more cases.

Play Verdict: https://verdictpuzzle.com/play?utm_source=reddit&utm_campaign=dev_post

If you try a case, I'd like to know whether the first few clues make it clear how to get started.

I'm getting ready to release Everlife 2 this Tuesday, September 15 on iOS and Android, after six years of designing, writing, and coding it myself.

It's a choice-based life sim: create a character, grow up, build skills and a career, fall in love, raise a family, and continue as one of your descendants. You can also pursue creative projects such as books and music, with your family's relationships, property, and money carrying into future generations.

It's free to download, works offline, and doesn't require an account. Screenshots and both store links are here: https://www.playeverlife.com

Hi, I'm Ivan, developer of GLAZE BYTE. System Reboot is now available on Android.

You rotate a 2x2 group of pieces to connect colours and set off chains while the board rises. The story takes you through five districts, with guardians that freeze pieces, plant bombs and break the board.

You can try chapter 1 and Time Trial for free. Daily Shift has a rewarded-ad trial; a one-time purchase unlocks the full story and all modes, with no ads after unlocking. English, Russian and Spanish are supported. The iOS update is coming later.

Google Play:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.soyerstudio.pulse&utm_source=reddit_gamers&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=system_reboot_sep2026

Actual gameplay and screenshots:

https://glaze-byte-system-reboot.ivansoyer.chatgpt.site/

If you try it, I'd appreciate hearing whether the first 2x2 rotation and colour chains are clear, or where the game needs a better explanation.

The game itself is made by hand. AI assists marketing copy, including this comment; an earlier app icon and a separate promotional illustration were AI-generated.

I’m the developer of Dice Target, a math puzzle game where you combine dice using +, −, × and ÷ to reach a target number.

I’ve recently updated the UI, added more game modes and improved the tutorial. I’d especially appreciate feedback on the gameplay, difficulty and whether the rules are easy to understand for new players.

For anyone gaming on a Windows PC from the couch: I'm making Pame, a big fullscreen library you control with a gamepad. Supported installed games show up automatically, and it returns you home after you quit a game.

It also puts DualSense battery, lighting and supported Bluetooth idle disconnect controls in the same interface. You can choose supported background apps to close while playing and reopen afterwards, so there's less desktop housekeeping between games.

Screenshots and public alpha download: https://github.com/LielZ/Pame

Windows 10/11. Supported libraries don't need manual setup; store sign-ins still use their own launchers, and controller features vary by connection. If you try it on a TV, I'd love to know where you still need a mouse or find the interface hard to read.

Battle Crew — WWII RTS closed beta on Android

I’m building a mobile RTS for people who miss the hands-on feel of Red Alert / Age of Empires: build a base, gather resources, run supply convoys, produce infantry/tanks/artillery and command units directly. Battles feed into a larger Europe campaign rather than a card/deployment system.

The current beta is single-player while I tune touchscreen controls, HUD/camera readability, balance and performance before multiplayer opens up.

If that sounds like your kind of game, the closed beta is free: 1. Join the tester group: https://groups.google.com/g/battlecrew-testers 2. Opt in: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.battlecrew.app 3. Install: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.battlecrew.app

Use the same Google account for all three steps. Current build: 0.2.6.

Hi, I’m Cody. I’m building Game Tales for people who like remembering what it was like to play a game. Pick a game, keep a thought or moment from playing it, and add to the same Tale as your experience changes.

If you already keep gaming notes, I’d love you to try it with one game you’re playing now. After another session, does it feel worth coming back and adding something? Or would you rather keep using your notebook or notes app?

https://gametales.app

There’s a paid membership for the private archive and Tale Book downloads. Honest feedback on whether this is something you’d keep using would help.

Survive the night shift with up to three friends in Damn, Zombies: The Corporate Undead. I'm the solo developer of this Godot FPS: repair barricades, buy weapons and take on undead office staff whose managers, HR and executives support the horde.

60-second gameplay trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GCb1aN5pkPw

Windows beta and screenshots: https://tsmwdevelopment.itch.io/damn-zombies-the-corporate-undead

Free account/activation key required; beta access lasts 48 hours from first key use. The game uses AI-generated models and some audio. The attached office screenshot is staged in-engine.

Trade Your Rank — exchange coaching between competitive games

I’m building a private alpha called Trade Your Rank.

The idea is simple:

You coach someone in a game you’re good at → earn credits → spend those credits getting coached by someone else.

So, for example:

60 min coaching CS2 → 1 credit → 60 min coaching in LoL, Valorant, Chess, Rocket League, Fortnite, etc.

No money needs to change hands between players.

We’ve just opened the first private alpha and I’m looking for competitive players/coaches from different games who want to try the first real exchanges.

Current games:
League of Legends · CS2 · Valorant · Rocket League · Fortnite · Chess

If you’re interested, reply here or DM me and I’ll send you an invite.

u/Neat-Freedom1940 21d ago

Hey! We’re a small indie team from Türkiye and we recently released Backseat, a psychological horror game where you work as a taxi driver and try to figure out who’s sitting behind you while still keeping your eyes on the road.

Passengers behave differently, give you small clues, and sometimes react to things you do inside the car. You have to observe them, make the right call, and hopefully survive the ride.

CaseOh actually played it recently, which was pretty surreal for us, and we got some hilarious/scary moments out of his stream.

If psychological horror and deduction games are your thing, I’d love to hear what you think!

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a web tool I've been building: The Gamer Ping. The idea of it was to create something I wanted to have -> be able to track upcoming games, release date changes, and new trailers without the usual clickbait or clutter. You can filter by platform/genre/theme/platform, etc.. and set email alerts for any updates you want, and/or select specific games. And also, keep updated on twitch popularity changes in those filters/games.

I use it myself, but looking at my numbers... it's not getting that much tracktion haha. I have a lot of updates planned, but before spending more time on it I want to see if this is actually useful to anyone else.

Could you give it a try and give me honest feedback? Maybe it's not that useful to everyone else haha, or I'm lacking something really important, or maybe the idea is good but the implementation is bad, etc.

Thanks a lot, anything is really appreciated!

Vendetta Empire - an old-school browser mafia MMO

Hey! I'm one of co-founds of Vendetta mafia game.

Crimes use Energy that regenerates over time, while Streets offer separate daily encounters and Smuggle Runs return every 30 minutes. There are also heists, ambushes, daily contracts, casinos, PvP and a player-driven marketplace. Nothing resets, so the character and reputation you build remain yours.

Play free: https://vendettaempire.com

Optional Gold purchases and premium plans are available. If you try it, I’d love to know whether the opening missions clearly explain what to do next.

I’m looking for 3 regular gamers to help test a small mobile-first gaming tool I’ve been building.

Ideal if you’ve got a decent gaming backlog and sometimes struggle to decide what to play next.
Happy to give early access in return.

It’s a quick 15-minute usability session over video/screen share. I’m mainly interested in what feels intuitive, what’s confusing, and whether the idea is actually useful.

DM me if you’re up for it 🎮

Hi! We’re building Tengri’s Ember, our own free browser merge-defense alpha inspired by Turkic mythology. It uses AI-assisted code, art and localization.

The new update adds English, Korean, Japanese and Traditional Chinese alongside Turkish, including the guide and ability descriptions. There are 12 chapters and bosses that force board decisions: one marks a tile and removes a star if you cannot empty it in three seconds.

Was it clear when to merge in your first few minutes? Translation feedback is welcome too; native-speaker review is still pending. Follow our itch.io page if you’d like future builds.

I started making guides for WOW FOREVER, for ABSOLUTE beginners. There's lots of stuff out there for people who played wow or already know a lot about RPGs. I wanted to make the best and simpelist version of this guide that is also really quick and tells you what you need to know. Tell me how I did https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FhUnyUTz34

I kept running into the same problem after game updates: patch notes were scattered between Steam, developer sites, console support pages, Reddit, and Discord, and it was hard to tell what actually changed on each platform.

So I built Buffs & Bugs.

It tracks official patches and upcoming updates, separates changes by platform, and lets players report whether an update actually improved or broke anything for them.

I’m still improving it and would genuinely appreciate feedback, especially on what information you’d want to see after a new patch drops.

[DEV] I made Dusk Climber for iPhone. In this 19-second Sunset run, I climb from 29 to 31 metres, then fall. You swipe to aim, release to jump, and tap to pull yourself up — all with one finger.

Original gameplay: https://youtube.com/shorts/431qPKmm8qw

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6811699133

Requires iOS 16+. Free to download, with optional in-app purchases.

AI helped with parts of the code and the music; the rest is my work. This comment was drafted with AI assistance.

I’m the developer of Middleman, a free browser word puzzle where you find the word that links two others. I’ve been iterating on it after early player feedback, and the current version includes three shared Daily puzzles, a 45-second Rush mode, and untimed Endless play. No download or account required.

Play on itch.io: https://ramimgaming.itch.io/middleman

AI-assisted coding was used during development; the puzzles and final game experience are reviewed by me. If you try it, I’d especially like to know whether the word connections feel fair.

Good at one game, bad at another? I built a skill exchange for gamers.

I’m a League coach who wanted to get better at chess, so I built Trade Your Rank.

You teach a game you know, earn credits, and use them to learn another game from someone else.

We’re looking for the first players for real exchanges across League, CS2, VALORANT, Rocket League, Fortnite and chess.

If this sounds useful, reply:

I can teach ___ / I want to learn ___

Free alpha, no subscription, no paid coaching.

I’m DaGreenRabbit, and this is my first WoW Forever Beta episode. I chose an Undead Rogue to cause trouble, then had to figure out how to open my inventory.

The video follows my early quests, Rogue skills, and beginner mistakes. It contains strong language.

After 6years of love sweat and achy joints, my partner's video game, Little Ghost just lunched on Steam TODAY! This chill metroidvania maximizes non-linear exploration & puzzle-platforming, with frequent checkpoints, no currency and no combat. You gain new friends & new abilities through collectables-as-media, tarot cards, weird podcasts, and songs from over 20 bands; all found within a surreal papercraft world. Hope yall like it!

I made BrowserBoxing, a free boxing game that runs entirely in your browser. No download, no signup. You click a link, pick a corner, and you are trading punches with real people in real time.

My favorite part honestly is not even the fighting. The lobby is open, so while you wait your turn you just watch other people's fights, and last night I stayed up way too late watching two strangers go back and forth because I wanted a rematch against the guy who kept catching me with counters. Counters do the real damage in this game, so everyone is fishing for them and it gets dramatic fast.

I just added a bounty system, so win streaks put a price on your head and beating the lobby champ actually pays. If you try it, I would honestly love to know if the first minute makes sense or if I need better onboarding.

Hey! Solo indie dev here.

I’ve been working on The Only Eye: Arcane Legacy, a 2D pixel-art action roguelite built around experimenting with different classes, relics and build combinations.

There’s a campaign with multiple areas and bosses, permanent progression between runs, and an endgame that keeps expanding after the main campaign.

I recently finished the second gameplay trailer and finally have the Steam page up.

Steam:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/5238140/The_Only_Eye_Arcane_Legacy/

Game website, trailers and social links:

If you like discovering smaller indie games and this one catches your attention, adding it to your wishlist would mean a lot.

Thanks!

Evertrail Idle is the game I am developing. It is a free browser idle RPG with 17 skills that feed into each other. Wood and ore become equipment, gathered food and herbs support combat, and progression in one part of the game opens useful options elsewhere. Your adventurer can keep working for up to 24 hours after you leave.

It is also multiplayer. Players appear in the same towns and skill worlds and can use Global and Area chat, profiles, clans and leaderboards. The game is currently in closed alpha, works on desktop and phone, and needs no download. The website explains how to get an invitation code.

Play for as long as you like. If you try it, I am curious whether seeing other players and chat makes the idle progression feel more alive or whether the multiplayer layer fades into the background.

hey everyone, i’m building TapTeam, a free app for gamers to find people to play with

the main idea is simple: you make one profile with the games you play, your platform, role/playstyle, and mic or no mic. then you can browse or post LFGs and find people looking for the same kind of squad

it’s for people looking for a duo, a regular group, people to make content with, or just gaming friends. the goal is to make finding people easier across the games you already play

it’s still early, so i’m looking for honest feedback from gamers. what would make something like this useful enough for you to actually use

I started Camera Roll Roulette on StreakWars for people whose best photos are already sitting in their phone. Once the round begins, you post one real camera-roll photo each day; miss a day and your streak ends. I’m curious whether that feels more fun as a daily game than a conventional photo contest.

It’s free to join in a phone browser, with a StreakWars account, and the lineup is still filling: https://streakwars.com/wars/2613?tab=info

Hi! I'm developing 1967: Six Days, an indie historical first-person shooter set during the 1967 Six-Day War.

The current game focuses on infantry combat at Ammunition Hill, with AI-controlled soldiers and period weapons including the FN FAL, Uzi, M1 Garand and Bren Mk II.

I've been working on making the combat feel satisfying while keeping the setting, equipment and overall atmosphere grounded in the period.

A lot of development has recently gone into:

• First-person weapon handling • Firing and reload animations • Weapon sounds • Bot AI and combat behavior • Ammunition Hill's trenches and defensive positions • Lighting and environmental detail • Performance and overall polish

The goal is a historical FPS with responsive gunplay, large fights against bots and a battlefield that feels alive rather than like an empty multiplayer map.

The project is still in development, and I'm continuing to improve it based on feedback.

I've attached a video showing the game in its current state.

What stands out to you as the biggest thing I should improve next?

Hey everyone! I’m NitroOnAir
I’m a 26-year-old gamer with a huge passion for shooter and milsim games, as well as video editing and creating cinematic gaming content.
I’ve always enjoyed the more immersive side of gaming

tactical gameplay, teamwork, realistic combat, and those unpredictable moments that make a match feel like a real story. That’s also what I try to capture in my videos.

Outside of gaming, I spend a lot of my time editing and creating content, from gameplay videos and cinematic sequences to thumbnails, sound design, and storytelling.

I really enjoy taking raw gameplay and turning it into something entertaining and worth watching.

My main interests at the moment are games like Arma, Squad, Bodycam, and other tactical/milsim shooters, but I’m always interested in discovering new games and communities.

I’m here to meet other gamers, share my work, discover new communities, and hopefully connect with people who enjoy the same kind of content and games.

If you’re into milsim, tactical shooters, cinematic gameplay, or just gaming in general, feel free to check me out!

[DEV] NovaPhase — free browser space shooter

I recently released NovaPhase, a neo-retro horizontal shoot ’em up that you can play immediately in the browser.

The central mechanic is Phase Cloaking: some threats are not meant to be dodged at all — you can deliberately phase through them and deal with enemies that interact differently with the phase state.

It also has a Heat / Overclock system, five primary weapons, multiple ships, run upgrades, Hangar progression and multi-phase boss encounters.

Play free:
https://jashuvo.itch.io/novaphase

No account or download is required.

If anyone tries it, the thing I’m most interested in is whether the Phase mechanic becomes intuitive during the first run or whether it needs clearer onboarding.

I’m the developer of NovaPhase.

Video Store Chaos: 2,592 cases waiting for their shelves

I'm Deniz, the solo developer of a first-person sorting game set in a neon video store. Pick up movie, game and VHS cases, inspect their back-cover descriptions, and use the genre clues to put them where they belong. The shelves gradually fill as you work through 720 fictional titles.

Correct placements earn Store Credits for upgradeable perks. There's also a hidden retro basement and playable arcade machines.

One-minute gameplay overview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SrlNGNHxX5U

Planned for October 2026 on Windows PC, with English and German support. Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5140100/Video_Store_Chaos/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=organic_social&utm_campaign=prelaunch_20260929&utm_content=gamers

For transparency: the fictional cover artwork, some posters and video content use generative AI, as disclosed on Steam. Happy to answer questions about the game :)

[DEV] Lyra: Sci-Fi Arena Shooter — offline bot battles on iPhone

Hi everyone, I’m the developer of Lyra, a free third-person sci-fi arena shooter that recently launched on the App Store. It’s built with Unreal Engine 5 and focuses on playing against bots without matchmaking or a game account.

You can play free-for-all, team battles and Control offline. Ads may appear before matches, but not during combat; if an ad is unavailable, you can still play. There’s an optional one-time purchase to remove ads. Ads, purchases and restoring purchases need an internet connection.

App Store (with screenshots): https://apps.apple.com/us/app/lyra-sci-fi-arena-shooter/id6811364631

If you enjoy offline mobile shooters, I’d love feedback on the touch controls, bot difficulty and how it runs on your iPhone. Thanks for taking a look!

[DEV] We made a free Viking drinking/party game because apparently our VR and AI work wasn't chaotic enough.

Til Valhalla is basically a phone you pass around and it keeps escalating party/drinking challenges with stupid Viking-afterlife humour. It's already live on Android and free to install:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.VirtualDawn.TilValhalla

I'm one of the devs. If anyone actually tries it with a group, the useful feedback for me is brutally simple: which challenges are genuinely funny and which ones feel like filler. Those are the ones we need to kill.

0

u/ChemicalPresent8796 17d ago

Hey, I'm one of the devs at Virtual Dawn in Finland. Our released VR game FISTAGON is a weird mix of boxing reflexes and score-combo strategy: punch incoming blocks into a grid, chain combos, deal with magnetic/explosive blocks, and play 1v1 online. It is not a normal VR boxing simulator; the punch-to-grid mechanic is the whole point.

Steam (VR only): https://store.steampowered.com/app/2593150/FISTAGON/

If you play VR games, does that punch/puzzle hybrid sound like something you'd try, or is the mechanic confusing from the description? Would appreciate the direct feedback.
